The fixed point and position was adopt for calcareous, acidic, neutral three kindsof purple soil of Safflower varieties of daikin yuan tobacco in Liangshan prefecture of Sichuanprovince.Analysis comparison of the relationship between profile structure, magnetism of soilfertility of different types of soil and quality of tobacco leaf the main conclusions we got that asfollows:1.The relationship between nutrient of soil and tobacco chemical composition and sensoryquality show that: the soil nutrients, alkali solution nitrogen, rapidly-available potassium,organic matter, pH on the content of total nitrogen, nicotine is significant. Total nitrogen, alkalisolution nitrogen relatively significant influence on the content of total sugar. Total nitrogen,alkali-hydrolysable nitrogen, effective pH, organic matter is significantly influenced thereducing sugar content in tobacco leaves. Effective pH, rapidly-available potassium and pH isrelatively significant influence on tobacco leaf potassium content. Alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen,effective pH, total organic carbon and pH is relatively significant effect on the content ofchlorine. Smoking quality and magnetism of soil nutrient of grey correlation degree analysisshowed that sweet temperament, concentration of flue gas, aftertaste, gray, combustibility, graysensory quality total scores and pH value, alkali solution nitrogen correlation degree is higher,the aroma quantity, mixed gas, stimulating and pH, rapidly-available potassium, correlationdegree is higher.2.Neutral purple soil is best,after comparison of purple soil and tobacco leaf quality. Itschemical characteristic: purple soil the content of reducing sugar and total sugar content werehigher than the content range of high quality tobacco, respectively19%and25.70%, in whichthe neutral purple soil tobacco sugar content than the other two kinds of soil subgroup was moresuitable content range close to the quality of tobacco; nicotine and total nitrogen in totalnitrogen content within the suitable range of high quality tobacco; tobacco potassium contentthan the other two kinds of subtypes of purple soil with high content, high potassium content intobacco leaves; tobacco chlorine content of three subtypes of purple soil are basically the same,0.35%; three kinds of purple soil subgroup of tobacco in Liangshan tobacco-growing areas weregreater than5%, the neutral purple soil tobacco sugar difference is two the other two tobacco;tobacco potassium chloride ratio in high quality tobacco suitable ratio range of4-10; threesubclasses of purple soil sugar alkali ratio is slightly larger than the optimal ratio range of8-10,in which the neutral purple soil tobacco sugar base comparison of the other two soil subgroupswas more suitable ratio range close to the quality of tobacco. Tobacco style characteristic isshown as: neutral purple soil tobacco Qing sweet, floral obvious, sweet, spicy is not obvious;neutral purple soil tobacco mixed gas were not obvious, no powder fat gas; tobacco flavor, sweet sensation of neutral purple soil; neutral purple soil tobacco had no significant stimulationon the nasal cavity, and the stimulation the rest of the sensory organs were less than the othertwo kinds of tobacco; aroma quality, aroma, mixed gas, grey, the maximum total score.Acid purple soil of tobacco quality time, its chemical composition characteristic: reducingsugar content was the highest,25.57%, moderate total sugar content; nicotine and total nitrogencontent in the total nitrogen content of flue-cured tobacco suitable scope; potassium content ismoderate, the chlorine content and acid purple soil content when the difference of two sugar isthe second; three subtypes in purple soil, for (6.40); the ratio of nitrogen to nicotine (1.04%), thelowest ratio of potassium chloride in the medium, high quality tobacco suitable ratio of4-10,sugar alkali ratio; center,12.32. Tobacco style characteristic is shown as: Tobacco incense,fragrant hay, spicy sweet incense, obviously, fruit, flowers are not obvious; leaf green gas,synthesis gas, powder fat gas obviously; tobacco acid, astringent feeling, spices, dry feeling isnot obvious, slightly poor sense of sweet taste quality of aroma; quality, aroma, mixed gas,irritation, burning, grey, aftertaste and the lowest total score, and score higher concentration,strength.Calcareous purple soil quality of tobacco leaf is the worst, the chemical indexes: total sugarcontent in tobacco leaves was the highest (34.20%), low total nitrogen content, nicotine,chlorine content was the lowest, two sugar tobacco is less than (10.30), the ratio of nitrogen tonicotine (1.12%), the highest ratio of potassium chloride (5.09), the lowest sugar alkali ratio thehighest (16.48). Tobacco style characteristic is shown as: Tobacco Radix Aucklandiae, JiaoXiang; kujiao air, soil had obvious; acid, astringent feeling, spices, dry sense of clear, cleandegree difference; slightly poor sense of tobacco smoke and delicate, mellow degree,37.50%samples of oral stimulation,12.50%samples of nasal irritation,37.50%samples have throatirritation; flue gas bite, burr obvious sense, soft degree, oral irritation, throat irritation was100%;the best combustion of tobacco, other indexes are not prominent.3neutral purple soil profile structureGenerally, high yield and high quality leaf tobacco production throughout the thickness ofsoil layer is generally1meters, neutral purple soil layer thickness are1meters. Compared withother subtypes, the soil profile characteristics: soil deep, light texture, aggregate structure, soft,porous. The near surface layer two soil physical properties: the surface soil bulk density was1.19g cm-3, in the most suitable agricultural soil1.1-1.4range, density of subsurface soil thanthe surface high. Specific gravity of soil had no significant change. Neutral purple soil surfacesoil porosity,57.50%, subsurface soil porosity was significantly less than the surface layer,physical properties of Minya soil than the whole table surface slightly tight, meet under thevirtual hierarchical structure solid, is conducive to growing tobacco, subsurface soil waterdrainage ventilation capacity of a certain, while preserving water and fertilizer.Soil tillage layer of nitrogen, phosphorus, organic matter, total organic carbon content isrich, while the potassium content reached to205.17mgï¹’kg-1, far higher than other soil types.Soil pH value and nutrient distribution of: pH value is from the surface layer soil down each layer of soil pH value increased gradually, range6.6-7.4; total nitrogen and available nitrogen asshowed with the increase of soil depth gradually declined, nitrogen content is higher,187.35mgand farming to plough layer the most obvious decline; soil available phosphorus contentfluctuation in the10-20mgï¹’kg-1range, no obvious changes. The content of availablepotassium, with the deepening of the soil decreases in increase in degradation, showed "S" trend.Organic matter and total organic carbon content decreased with soil depth.
