In2012, taking100varieties of flue-cured tobacco varieties as test materials, at the tobaccoindustry in Henan Agricultural University, Tobacco Cultivation Key Laboratory, coudcteddifferent light quality processing seedling growth development, tobacco seedlings leafphotosynthetic physiological characteristics, as well as tobacco seedlings mesophyll cells ultrafinestructure. The test results were as follows:1. Different light quality processing of tobacco seedlings growth and photosynthetic pigmentDifferent light quality tobacco seedling development, showing red for Blu-ray suppressioneffect. Blu-ray treatment of tobacco seedlings grow slowly, small plant, stem height and leaf areawas significantly lower than the red light treatment. In photosynthetic pigments, red handletobacco seedlings leaf chlorophyll, Chl a, Chlb and carotenoid content were higher, lower Chl a/b,Blu-ray treatment of tobacco seedlings leaf chlorophyll, Chla, Chlb and carotenoid content werelower.2. Different light quality treatment on photosynthetic physiological characteristics of tobaccoseedling leaves and mesophyll cell ultrastructureDifferent light quality treatment, white processing and red handle higher photosynthetic rate, the lowest of the Blu-ray treatment. The initial fluorescent Fo red light treatment of tobaccoseedlings, maximum PSII photochemical efficiency Fv/Fm, of PSII the actual photochemicalefficiency, photochemical quenching (qP) are the highest, the Blu-ray treatment is generally low.And chloroplast ultrastructure from the point of view, the Blu-ray treatment, palisade tissue cellschloroplasts, mitochondrial membrane system structure is not clear, and photosynthetic products(starch grains) in the mesophyll cells accumulated significantly less than the white light and redlight.3. Different light quality ratio to deal with the effects of seedling growth and development as wellas the content of photosynthetic pigmentsThe ratio of red and blue quality (6:2) treatment can promote the growth of stems and leavesof tobacco seedlings. Improve leaves Chlb content lower the Chla/Chlb ratio is conducive to thegrowth and development of the tobacco seedlings. Photosynthetic pigments, red and blue (6:2) light quality ratio of treated tobacco seedlings leaf chlorophyll of Chla, Chlb and carotenoidcontent were higher than the blue and red (6:2) ratio of light quality processing, while the redBlue(6:2) ratio of light quality tobacco seedling leaves under Chl a/b ratio is low.4.Different proportions of light quality processing tobacco seedlings leaf photosyntheticphysiological characteristics and mesophyll cell ultrastructurePhotosynthetic rate of white handle and red and blue (6:2) ratio of light blue is higher thanthe red (6:2) the ratio of the light. Red and blue (6:2) ratio of light tobacco leaves grown under PSII activity and the PS Ⅱ primary light energy conversion efficiency higher than that of white andblue and red (6:2) ratio of light and tobacco leaves PS II activity performance for the blue and red(6:2) the ratio of the lowest light. Red and blue (6:2) ratio of light tobacco seedlings leafphotochemical quenching (qP) and non-photochemical fluorescence parameters NPQ is relativelyhigh. Chloroplast ultrastructure of cells from the point of view, the blue and red (6:2) ratio of lightprocessing of tobacco seedlings palisade tissue cells chloroplast, mitochondrial membrane systemstructure is unclear, and the accumulation of photosynthetic products within the leaf cells (starchgrains) is also significantly less in white light and red and blue (6:2) ratio of light irradiation.
