Soil resistivity is decided to lightning protection grounding device groundingresistance of the main factors, however the soil is an uneven three-phase system, soilmoisture content, temperature, and the salt content, composition, etc on the soilresistivity change size effect, and different depth of soil resistivity change law ofdifferent.Based on this,the article first introduces the definition of soil resistivity anddescribes the current method of measuring soil resistivity including soil sample analysis,electrical sounding method poles method, three-pole and four-pole method andelectromagnetic sounding method the controlled source audio magnetotelluric soundingmethod. Secondly, elaborated Conghua soil resistivity observing system elements20observations and observing systems communication ports, power supply, dataacquisition sensors and other hardware structure and composition as well as observingsystem control center data processing software. Then, through data analysis systemsoftware, system objectives, system operating environment as well as the analysis ofsystem functions in Visual Basic.Net programming environment, combined with theSQL Server2008database design and implementation of soil parameter data analysissystem software, the software system is mainly including data management, dataanalysis and software management in three parts. Finally, a detailed test software,during the test, the application parameters of the soil, the soil type, soil physicalproperties, soil moisture content, soil temperature, soil and soil resistance coefficientsalinity six factors elaborated on the impact of soil resistivity and current research statusquo.In addition, according to the2010Conghua area at different depths of the soilresistivity at different depths of soil water content, soil temperature at various depths aswell as ambient temperature, humidity, rainfall and other factors were analyzedobservational data elements of each annual variation observed and in-depth research andanalysis of the impact of changes in soil resistivity four factors namely soil moisture,soil temperature, humidity and ambient temperature, and the use of software fitting thecorresponding relation equation.By subject software design and data analysis issues papers achieved the following: Using the Visual Basic.Net programming language and SQL Server2008databasedesign and implementation of soil parameter data analysis system, which not only cansave the sample data classification but also the sampling data for statistical analysis.Different depths of soil resistivity changes with the depth of soil moisture andhumidity was negatively correlated; different depths of soil resistivity changes with thedepth of the soil temperature and the ambient temperature were positively correlated.
