The results show that, the status of the pig farm is not stable, we could see that the main symptoms of the piglets included dyspnea, pant, diarrhea, etc., and breeding pigs mainly show coma, fever and dyspnea, occasional nerve symptoms, the main symptoms of the sow included abortion, stillbirth, we took random selections of10pigs from the pigs which had not been inoculated the vaccine of PRRSV of30days of age,60days of age,100days of age,150days of age, backup sow and the pregnancy sow to do the serological detection of PRRS. The results of the study show that:the PRRSV antibody levels varied from each other, and the scatter is greater, so we speculated that the pigs in this farm had infected the PRRSV. Through the detection of clinical pathology and molecular biology, we can clearly know that the pigs in this farm infected PRRSV.On the basis of the serological survey and comprehensive diagnosis of suspected cases, PRRS high serum antibody therapy, curative effect is distinct on the pigs with PRRS. Meanwhile, the pig average mortality reduced by2.44%, and the average daily weight increased by10.8%, and the economic benefit increased by more than18%.In large-scale pig farms with PRRS occurrence, the implementation of the serological surveillance, epidemic timely and accurate diagnosis and comprehensive prevention and control of Trinity PRRS control measures was a great success, The measures was available for large-scale pig farms.
