Rapeseed is one of the major oilseed crops in our country. Nurture precocious of rapeseed is an important breeding target, the early flowering research in rapeseed is helpful to meet this goal. QTL mapping is one of the most important technical methods in studying flowering time control mechanism by construction genetic map in segregating population. In this study, a RIL segregating population derived from the hybrid of a spring-type B.napus parent HOP and a semi-winter type B.napus XY15, has been constructed for the construction of genetic map consisted of SSR and STS markers.QTL for flowering time was also mapped in this population by using the ppulations’ flowering time in2013spring of Changsha Hunan.1.7of35gene-based marker which developed in this study was mapped in linkage map;one of them,A3299was located in the QTL’s interval of A2.2. The present map based on RILs population contains287molecular markers. The genetic distance of present map is1675.82cM, comprised of19linkage groups.3. The field experiment which was conducteed at Changsha,Hunan in the spring of2013showed that he number of days from sow to flowering varied from116days to174days in each line, while the two parenet line was160days and161days.One QTL for flowering time was mapped in A2by using Qgene4.3.10and WinQTLCat2.5.
