| In order to explore biocontrol resources to control rape sclerotinia rot spread in cole production.Four antagonistic actinomycetes strains were isolated from the cultivated soil samples of wanfoshan in Huaihua Tongdao County,among which HPS02strain was exhibited the highest antagonistic activity against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and showed the inhibition rate of91.04%. The HPS02was identified as Streptomyces aburaviensis according to the culture characteristics,morphology, physiological and biochemical tests and16S rDNA analysis.Further antimicrobial spectrum of HPS02was tested against a variety of plant pathogens. The results of stability of the fermentation broth show that it is more stable to pH than temperature and UV. Through (NH4) SO4precipitating fermentation broth, which the antagonistic activity of precipitated consist with the fermentation broth. And after four different organic reagents,antagonistic activity of extraction raffinate was identical with the original broth, which indicating that the fermentation broth of antagonistic substances was proteins.The results provide scientific evidence to rape sclerotinia rot biocontrol. |
