In this paper, with bacillus subtilis and tadpoles as the research object, research the effects of different Bt proteins on bacillus subtilis and tadpoles. The experimental results are as follows:1. Effects of Cry Protein on bacillus subtilis. The soil microbial quantity difference in change in the surrounding fields is caused by the different geographical environment instead of the variation in content of Bt protein. Content of Bt protein in YZ39(gm) rice fields at different growth stages is2-5ng/g,"MingHui63MH63"(conventional) is around0.6ng/g. Bt protein of MH63root is spread out by YZ39rice fields, and the diffusion of Bt protein in low efficiency. At the same time, the low concentration of Bt protein content had no significant effect on bacillus subtilis’ colony size.2. Effects of Cry Protein on tadpole growth and physiological metabolism.Different CrylAb protein concentrations have no significant impact on the tadpoles’ growth indicators, including head-body length, full length and weight. Different Cry1Ab protein concentrations also have no significant impact on the tadpoles’the activity of total superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase, acetylcholine and glutathione transferase-S-transferase.Different CrylAb protein concentrations have no significant impact on the tadpoles’ growth indicators, including head-body length, full length and weight in the most of feeding weeks. Different Cry1Ac protein concentrations had no significant effect on the total protein concentration from one one to eight feeding week. The proportion of Cry1Ab:Cry1Ac=1:1and Cry1Ab:CrylAc=1:2have no significant impact on the tadpoles’growth indicators, including head-body length, full length and weight throughout the experimental period. The proportion of CrylAb:Cry1Ac=1:1、 CrylAb:Cry1Ac=2:1'CrylAb:CrylAc=1:2have no significant impact on the total protein concentration throughout the experimental period. Different proportion of Cry1Ab and Cry1Ac protein with0.01ng/ml,0.05ng/ml and0.1ng/ml also had no significant effect on the total protein content of tadpoles, which indicated that the diffent proportion of Cry1Ab and Cry1Ac have no significant impact on the total protein content of tadpoles. The research results showed that different CrylAb protein concentrations have no significant impact on the growth and development of tadpoles. Different Cry1Ac protein concentrations have no significant impact on the growth, development and total protein content of tadpoles. The diffent proportion of Cryl Ab and Cry1Ac have no significant impact on the growth and total protein content of tadpoles. Our results can provide safety evaluation for aquatic tadpoles in response to different Cry proteins.
