| With development of modern agricultural machinery operation cooperatives and farmers ofincreasing demand for large agricultural machinery, the current soil preparation machine hassingle function can’t satisfy the real demand, it need to develop a match of horsepower tractormultifunctional combined soil preparation machine.Large soil preparation technology is notmature in China, on the basis of reading a large number of soil preparation machine literatures athome and abroad, theoretical analysis, structure parameters design and performance verificationfor were large joint soil preparation machine which can adapt to the northeast region carried onby the method of combining theoretical analysis and test. The research includes followingaspects:(1) Soil preparation machine domestic and foreign were deeply studied, according to thecharacteristics of the agricultural production and new agricultural demands,1GZML-350typesoil preparation machine was designed and its working principle and design idea was described(2) According to the design requirements, transmission system of1GZML-350type soilpreparation machine was designed and gears were optimized using software; workingcomponents, such as stubble cutter shaft, rotary blade axis, subsoiling component andsuppression component, were designed and their3D model were built.(3) Field study was carried for stubble parts with working speed, cutter shaft speed andstubbling depth as stubble crushing rate and km fuel consumption as response indexes usingDesign-Expert6.0.1software. Regression equations and response surfaces of factors andresponse indicators were built, obtaining that when the working velocity was3.61km·h-1, cuttershaft speed was540.00r·min-1and stubbling depth was10.30cm, stubble crushing rate was91.35%and km fuel consumption was1.35L·km-1, which was the optimal working parameters,meeting the needs of actual requirement and can be the best parameter combination. |
