The maize inbred lines offspring which were induced by introducing suaeda salsa DNAinto the maize inbred lines KL4, Meixitianza, Ji818and Hr30were used as experimentmaterials to research the salt resistance of introgression lines and receptors in seedling,compare and analysis genetic composition of introgression lines and donor. On this basis, it wasproposed to explore the effectiveness of exogenous DNA introducing technology inimproving salt tolerance of maize and innovating germplasm.The main results were as follows:1Under salt stress at250mmol·L-1, salt resistance of M-3was obviously compared withits receptor; Under different concentrations (0,150,200and250mmol/L) of salt stress, theactivity of SOD and POD and the content of Pro and MDA in Leaf and root of M-3presented alarger variation, M-3has a stronger salt resistance than Mixitianza.2SSR analysis found that the polymorphism amplification products of introgression lineshad two main types of variation, one was typeⅠ(Which was the same with the type of thedonor but not the type of receptor) and the other was typeⅡ(Which was different from thetype of the donor and acceptor respectively); The analysis of recycling specific DNA nucleicacid sequence of typeⅠshowed that specific DNA nucleic acid sequence compared with donorexisted higher similarity, but different variation, including transition, transversion, missing andinsert of base. The polymorphism of SSR amplification products proved that the Suaeda SalsaDNA were probably transfered and integrated into the genome receptor, and there were also thevariation of the bases.3The Combining ability analysis showed that introgression lines Hr30-29, Ji818-76,KL4-16, KL4-19-1and Ji818-99had better general combining ability performance andcomprehensive characters than its receptor, had great potential for uses, were worth consideringto improve utilization. KL4-19-2×340/137, Ji818-76-1×A632and KL4-16×434in the60ofhybrid combinations had a higher specific combining ability effect value.
