China is a large agricultural country, a large number of agricultural straw residues produced annually. Straw treatment is limited and when a lot of straw is burned in the field, straw burning releases large amounts of CO, CO2, nitrogen oxides, sulfur compounds and soot, causing serious air pollution, which causes acid rain, mist, and the greenhouse effect, the formation of smoke would interfere with traffic.Serious environmental pollution affect our lives.Based on the realistic background, this paper mainly developed new ways of rational treatment of straw residues, the purpose of this study is the straw as a building material for the construction of solar greenhouse wall. Straw as a housing material very early in a foreign country, but the for agricultural building wall material is rarely involved. Domestic and foreign researchers did some research on straw material. They studied the chemical composition of the straw material. Domestic researchers have studied the straw compression behavior is limited to the straw as silage. Foreign researchers did more in-depth research on straw bale, whose research involves some straw brick compression stress-strain behavior and the anisotropy of the straw bale, thermal conductivity, etc. They studied the low-density straw bricks, for high density, especially suitable for building wall material density is rarely involved. On the basis of previous studies on straw material, articles study the straw moisture equilibrium experiments.humidity environment is provided by the saturated salt solution. Experimental get air-dry rice and wheat straw moisture content in different humidity within24h can reach balance. The relationship between the absorbent balance moisture with the environmental humidity is to follow quadratic polynomial function relationship. In the case of ambient humidity should not exceed100%, the moisture content of the air-dry rice and wheat straw balance does not exceed16%. This paper studies the straw compression relationship between the density and the pressure, obtained compressed density and pressure follow the power function. At the same pressure, in the case of feeding small, the straw brick density is big. Similarly, in the case of straw crushed small degree, compression density is big. This paper studies the law of straw compressive stress release, drawn after the straw compression stress release3min,the stress get equilibrium, in favor of straw bundling. This paper studies the thermal conductivity and volumetric heat capacity, straw brick density range (0.1-0.3) g/cm3. Study get the thermal conductivity and density follow the linear relationship and wheat straw bricks thermal conductivity range (0.054-0.096). Within this density range, the volumetric heat capacity and density follow quadratic polynomial function relationship. Straw brick moisture content in the range of12%-50%, the thermal conductivity and straw moisture to follow quadratic polynomial function relationship. In this moisture range, the straw bricks thermal conductivity range (0.074-0.105). The article completion of the field trial of solar greenhouse, get straw material suitable for agricultural buildings and suitable for agricultural production.Through laboratory research and field application test, studies completed the production effect of solar greenhouse. To ease the pressure on the environment and to provide the experimental theoretical basis. The article is to provide a reference for the production of straw solar greenhouse. Provide a viable method for the treatment of crop straw residues, To provide new ideas for the development of building materials industry and provide a reference for the design of straw bio brick structure.
