To improve the brackish water utilization of non-cultivated land in Northwest China,the effects of irrigation of purified water,mixed irrigation of brackish water and purified water (1:1),the rotation irrigation of brackish water and purified water,rotation irrigation in growth period and direct irrigation of brackish water on tomato and watermelon’s growth characteristics,yield,quality and soil salinity was studied under the condition of same irrigation quota by using the brackish water purification as the mainly supporting technology,the micro-direct irrigation water as control,adopting single factor randomized block experimental design,combined with changing of soil and seepage,straw composting, mulching and the other agronomic measures.And we also had selected the best system of irrigation ways,level of application of nitrogen,and irrigation quota by taking the3factors and3levels orthogonal experiment.The study of tomatoes’ system of brackish water and purified water in non-cultivated land in greenhouse showed:1.1The purified water had44.78%higher yield than brackish water per667m2,the salt content in0-20cm dropped1.87g/kg,2.04g/kg in20-40cm,and the fruit’s nutrient was lower.1.2The irrigation of brackish water can improve the fruit’s quality,but reduce the yield.showing it fit into the production of tomato with high quality;in the condition of control of leaking,and the direct of irrigation of brackish water can cause the salt concentrate on the surface of soil.1.3The yield of combined irrigation of brackish water and purified water(1:1) was higher than direct irrigation of brackish water,and the cost of purifying dropped50%,so it can be used as best system of brackish water and purified water in non-cultivated land in greenhouse.The study of watermelons’s system of brackish water and purified water in non-cultivated land in greenhouse showed:2.1The yield of irrigation of purified water, irrigation of brackish water and purified water(1:1), irrigation by times and by developing stages were40.33%,25.65%,8.02%, and0.41higher than the direct irrigation of brackish water per667m2.2.2The irrigation of brackish water can increase the fruit’s quality(sugar content and taste); in the condition of control of leaking, the salt content in20-40cm was higher than it in0-20cm.2.3Irrigation of brackish water and purified water(1:1) can increase its fruit’s sugar content, and content of Vc and soluble solids was slightly lower than the irrigation of brackish water, but increased the yield;so it can be used in watermelon’s annual rotating cropping in non-cultivated land in greenhouse.The study of utilization of water and fertilizer in irrigation of watermelons in non-cultivated land in greenhouse showed:3.1The most suitable group of way of irrigation, application of nitrogen and quote of irrigation under the condition of irrigation of purified brackish water was:irrigation of purified water, quoter of irrigation was8m3/667m2and the quantity of nitrogen in all growth stages was30kg/667m2. 3.2In the condition of irrigation of brackish water, the level of application of nitrogen hand a big effect on watermelon’s yield, followed with way of irrigation, high level of nitrogen can cause the drop of photosynthesis and sugar content, low level can delay the time of growth stage.3.3Irrigation of brackish water and purified water(1:1) and irrigation of brackish water and purified water by times, showing ion content in soil, especially Na+,C1,SO42-and HCO3-increased along with the quote of irrigation.
