ObjectiveTo understand the region composition of pathogenic bacteria, drugresistance of common pathogenic bacteria, inpatients with community-acquiredpneumonia.This provides the basis for empirical therapy.MethodsInpatients with pneumonia, who had Fiberoptic bronchoscopy in2012,Fuzhou general hospital of Nanjing military command were registered, and theirclinical profiles were analyzed, such as: general information, bacteria speciesand drug sensitivity results.Results209cases with pneumonia were included, including157cases of men and52cases of women, aged16to92years old, pneumonia incidence ages50to80years in the most rare, and112cases of smokers. Bacterium of gramstaining detection rate was45.5%, of which negative34%, positive10.5%,fungal1%.Bacterial culture detection rate was34.9%, among them16cases ofpneumonia klebsiella bacillus and11cases of pseudomonas aeruginosa,8cases of colibacillus,7cases of candida albicans,3cases of streptococcuspneumoniae,1case of haemophilus influenzae,6cases of hemolysisstaphylococcus. Ampicillin for mainly gram-negative bacteria resistant isbest,up to92.31%.While the lowest is Piperacillin/Tazobactam with15.38%.ConclusionBALF gram stain and bacterial culture detection rate45.5%and34.9%,respectively, were compared with other literature reports of sputum culturehigh detection rate, but most still had not checked out. The most of CAP withbasic diseases affect negative bacterium, Streptococcus pneumoniae、 Haemophilus influenzae、Moraxella catarrhalis are rigour educate bacterium.
