ObjectiveTo investigate the incidence and pregnancy outcomes of CCAM fetus in Foshancity and their trend during2007-2012, explore related factors about pregnancyoutcomes.MethodsData was collected with six hospitals, which had high delivery rate in Foshan cityfrom2007to2012. The monitored subjects were fetus abortion or born on the9thgestational week or later in hospital, including live births and stillbirths. CCAM fetuswas diagnosed by antenatal sonographic. The trend of incidence and pregnancyoutcomes was carried out by χ~2trend test. The related factors about pregnancyoutcomes were carried out by logistic regression model respective.ResultsA total of152166fetus was monitoried in these six hospitals from2007to2010inFoshan city, including51fetus of CCAM, making a incidence rate of3.34pre10000fetus. During these years, the overall inceidence of CCAM had not increase ordecline(χ~2=5.376,P=0.372,P>0.05).The pregnancy outcomes of CCAM fetus include delivery and induction of labor. The number of fetus induction of labor was higher than delivery from2007to2009(73.30%vs.26.7%). However, the number of fetus induction of labor was lowerthan delivery from2010to2012(36.10%vs.63.90%). The pregnancy outcomes weresignificantly different between2007-2009and2010-2012(χ~2=5.888, P=0.015,P<0.05).The incidence of pneumonia in term birth infants with CCAM was higher than theother term birth infants with no special condition(χ~2=12.016,P=0.01,P<0.05). Itindicates that taking timely, appropriate and effective surgical treatment to CCAMfetus during pregnancy or delivery time is useful to bring down the risk of repeatedlung infection in future. In this study, residence, abnormal pregnancy history and whether simplepulmonary occupying lesion these there factors were enter into logistic regressionequation (OR=4.342; OR=7.857; OR=4.873). The result discovers that pregnantwomen who have good medical condition or want infants deeply or know condition ofCCAM fetus is not severe are willing to treat actively instead of give up.Conclusion1. The incidence of CCAM fetus was3.34and the overall incidence did notchange remarkably in Foshan city during2007-2012.2. CCAM is a risk factor for neonatal pneumonia.3. The main pregnancy outcome of CCAM fetus is induction of labor during2007-2009, but delivery is the main pregnancy outcome during2010-2012.4. Live in urban, abnormal pregnancy history and simple pulmonary occupying lesionare protective factor for delivery.
