【Objective】The Tp-e interval represents different parts of myocardial repolarization between the earliest finish and late finish time. It reflect a quantitative indicator divergence ofthe myocardial transmural dispersion. In recent years the Tp-e interval as a new index for predicting the occurrence of malignant ventricular arrhythmia. Determination Tp-e interval of coronary heart disease by percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) in patients with preoperative and postoperative. Analysis of changes of Tp-e interval in patients with coronary heart diseasepatients after PCI. Evaluation of the influence of PCI on the Tp-e interval.【Method】This research has a total of96cases of coronary angiography examination.Through the coronary angiography results, The results of coronary angiography,70patients of vascular stenosis degree≥75%PCI operation, not given stent implantation in26cases。The experimental subjects were divided into PCI group and the coronary angiography group, PCI treatment group and according to the vascular lesions were divided into single-vessel, double vessel lesion and three branch. Through the stenosis degree of coronary angiography showed by Gensini integration system is divided into light, heavy, in three groups; the clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease according to Clinical symptoms divided into stable angina, unstable angina and acute myocardial infarction three subtypes, Patients were measured before and after operation1days Tp-e interval and Bazzett ’s formula to calculatethe difference between the Tp-e interval of Tp-e interval and corrected before andafter operation. 【Results】1. Coronary heart disease in PCI treatment group,the preoperative Tp-ec interval than the control group significantly increased (119±5.6msVS86±1.9ms P<0.05). Postoperative Tp-ec interval than the control group after coronary artery angiography Tp-ec interval increased (92±3.9msVS85±1.8ms P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.2. Tp-ec interval compared with preoperative Tp-ec interval was decreased after PCI in acute myocardial infarction group (94j±4.1msVS117±3.9m P<0.05). Statistically significant difference. The Tp-ec interval of unstable angina group PCI after operation than before operation shortened (91±2.6msVS111±3.0ms P <0.05).Statistically significant difference. The before and after operation Tp-ec interval ofmyocardial infarction significantly reduce than stable angina (23±2.9msVS15±1.6ms P<0.05). Statistically significant difference. The Tp-ec interval of unstable angina pectoris group before and after decreased than stable angina (20±1.7msVS15±1.6ms P<0.05). Statistically significant differenc.The Tp-ec interval of acute myocardial infarction group before and after surgery reduce than in myocardial infarction group (23±2.9msVS20±1.7ms P<0.05). Statistically significant differenc.3. In single-vessel group the Tp-ec interval of PCI postoperative compared with preoperative significantly decreased (914.7msVS1074.3ms P<0.05). Lesion count much after PCI Tp-e interval decreased more obviously.3.Tp-e interval associated with vascular lesions of coronary heart disease.Themore prolonged Tp-e interval of vascular lesions is more obvious.
