Objective:FcyR plays a critical role in maintaining normal immunological faction mammals.However,it is not clear wether FcyR is involved in the pathogensis of Systemic Lupus Erythematosu(SLE).In this study,we tried to make an elementary study of FcyR expression on the surface of Lymphocytes form Lupus Mice (MRL/lpr)with mild and moderate disease activity.Methods:32MRL/lpr female mice were sacrificed at8、10、12、20weeks old. Antinuclear antibodies(ANA), anti-double strand DNA antibody and C4complement protein in sera form MRL/lpr female mice were tested by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Renal pathological examination were performed by using HE staining.Besides, FcyR expression on the surface of lymphocytes form thymus, bone marrow and spleen suspension were tested by flow cytometry.Results:1The FcyR(FcyRI, FcyRII, FcyRIII)expression on lymphocytes didn’t show any statistical diference (P>0.05) between mild and moderate.2The FcyR(FcyRI, FcyRII, FcyRIII)expression on lymphocytesin lupus mice correlated poorly with (P>0.05) lupus activity index(e.g. C4complement protein, antinuclear antibodies, anti-double strand DNA antibody and and urine protein, pathology of kidney).Conclusion:The FcyR expression level on the surface of lymphocyte shows no relationship with lupus activityin lupus mice(MRL/lpr).
