| Objective: In recent years, one-visit root canal therapy is more widely used inclinical. However, root canal therapy equipment and the clinical application of theroot canal material is uneven, has a high incidence of postoperative acute happen. This article aims to explore the incidence and impact factors of the medicalemergency in single-visit root canal therapy with hand ProTaper NiTi files. Thepurpose is To provide a reference to the method in clinical applications.Method: Select patients150who need root canal treatment of in the clinicaltreatment, then they were randomly divided into four groups. Group A: To prepareTeeth with crown-down techninque by hand ProTaper NiTi files, then finish dressingthe root canal and root canal filling in one time. Group B: To prepare Teeth withcrown-down techninque by hand ProTaper NiTi files, after Endodonticinterappointmente and root canal filling in nest time. Group C: To prepare Teeth withcrown-down techninque by Standard stainless steel k file, then finish dressing the rootcanal and root canal filling in one time. Group D: To prepare Teeth with crown-downtechninque by Standard stainless steel k file, after Endodontic interappointmente androot canal filling in nest time. The root canal filling uses cold gutta-percha lateralcondensation method in the four groups. Each teeth on postoperative day1(24h)ã€day7and day15follow-up referral, observation of root canal therapy of acute.Fourgroups of patients for treatment in accordance with different root canal treatment, Theappointment patients in the postoperative day1(24h)ã€day7and day15follow-upreferral, then detailed records after teeth emergency situation. Group A, B for theexperimental group; Group C, D for the control group. Results: The follow-up referral, the four groups of valid cases of145teeth. GroupA: teeth36,4teeth root canal treatment of postoperative emergency, the acute incidence is11.1%. Group B: teeth37,3teeth root canal treatment of postoperativeemergency, the acute incidence is8.1%. Group C: teeth36,3teeth root canaltreatment of postoperative emergency, the acute incidence is41.7%. Group D: teeth36,13teeth root canal treatment of postoperative emergency, the acute incidence is36.1%. The experimental group (A) the acute postoperative incidence lower than thatof the control group (C group)(P <0.05). The experimental group(B)the acutepostoperative incidence lower than that of the control group (D group)(P <0.05).Conclusion:Conclusion1. group A in this experiment results and the results of the statisticalanalysis in group C, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), indicatingthat one-visit root canal therapy with Hand ProTper root canal treatment may reduceincidence of postoperative acute (Table2).Conclusion2. The results of trials in group B and D results by statistical analysis, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), indicating that root canal therapywith Hand ProTper may reduce incidence of postoperative acute(Table2).Conclusion3. The trials ProTper group (A and B) results and the standard K-filegroup (C and D) Results by statistical analysis, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P <0.01), suggesting that in pulpitis root canal therapy using ProTper mayreduce the incidence of postoperative acute, because the number of different treatment,it may take further analysis (Table2).Conclusion4. In the test results of root canal filling, overfilling set of results, andthe other two groups (under-filling group and just fill group) results by statisticalanalysis, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01), which showed that rootcanal filling material beyond the apical foramen root canal treatment may increase theincidence of postoperative acute. it may take further analysis(Table3). |
