Objective To compare the advantages and limitations of MRI ordinary enhancementscanning and three-dimensional volume enhancement scanning in intracranial tumor lesions.Methods183patients underwent the cerebral contrast enhanced MRI examinationduring mouth1of2013to mouth5of2011.93of them were performed ordinaryenhancement inspection, the other93were underwent3D rapid spoiled gradient echosequence. To compare the volume of the tumor obtained from two scanning methods by meanof significance test. To compare the two kinds of scanning outline of the tumor, tumor edge, tumor inner signal and tumor blood supply by chi-square test. Using Wilcoxom rank andinspection to compare signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), contrast to noise ratio (CNR) of twoscanning image. Analysis11cases of metastatic tumor descriptively. Results The volume of the tumor and the outline of the tumor obtained from twoscanning methods is not statistically significant (P>0.05). Outline of the tumor, tumor edge, tumor inner signal and tumor blood supply is statistically significant (P <0.05).Signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), contrast to noise ratio (CNR) of two scanning image isstatistically significant (P <0.05). In11cases of metastatic tumors, the minimum ones foundin3D-Fast SPGR group was about3mm, but in Common scanning group it was5mm.Conclusion3D-Fast SPGR enhanced scan not only show parenchyma organ clearly, but also take3D vascular imaging into account. Show the supply arteries and venous ofdrainage tumor, provides more detailed information for clinical.
