Objective: To investigate the cause of fatigue causes and influencing factors ofthe hospitals and health care workers with basic information and status. Appropriateinterventions lead to the status of the medical staff fatigue and methods relevant bodiesto effectively alleviate the degree of medical staff fatigue in order to solve the fatigueproblem to improve the quality of clinical services to provide basic data and scientificbasis.Methods: The survey used a random sampling method to investigate fourhospitals of the430health care workers internal medicine, surgery, gynecology,pediatrics, and other sections of a city. Survey used anonymous self-administeredquestionnaire method to collect data. The contents of the survey are: Self investigationof the general situation of the survey questionnaire, including gender, age, marital status,job title, work experience, educational level, the average monthly income, sleep time,job satisfaction, lifestyle and fatigue mitigation approach20projects; use fatigue scaleto conducted a questionnaire fatigue survey of the medical staff; The data entered intothe computer and base on SPSSl3.0software to create the database, and data, basicstatistical analysis. Measurement data using the t test, analysis of variance, Test for α=0.05. Objective and true description of the status of medical staff fatigue and analysisrelated to the impact factor.Results: Recovered416valid questionnaires,293doctors,123nurses.382peoplehave fatigue, accounting for91.8%, mild fatigue were156people, accounting for37.5%;213people have moderate fatigue, accounting for51.2%of the surveyed. The surveydoes not exist fatigue differences between hospitals, health care; Between doctors ofdifferent genders, there was significant difference (P=0.00), The degree of fatigue ofthe male doctors than female; there was significant difference between the different agegroups doctors, doctors who age in41-50group have the highest degree of fatigue. The fatigue status of the nurse in different age groups have no difference; There aredifferences between health care workers in the different titles, vice senior title doctorsdegree of fatigue is the highest, nurses the highest degree of fatigue is the charge nurse;Differences in the different years of medical staff, Doctors’ working life of6-10years offatigue score, nurses11-25years of fatigue score; the doctor does not exist significantdifference in the findings of the different level of education, The highest fatigue score ofthe college educated nurses, and statistically significant, Fatigue score of Obstetrics andGynecology doctors, nurses the highest score in the operating room; The night shiftfrequency less than or equal to4days of medical staff fatigue scores than other groups.The degree of fatigue and professional attitude of the medical staff, drinking frequency,perceived exertion and perceived emotions positively correlated and satisfaction, regularexercise, smoking is negatively correlated.Conelusion: Medical staff fatigue is prevalence, the highest degree of fatigue areassociate professors doctors who work for ten years or so and low education, lowseniority nurses, obstetrics and gynecology doctors and operating room nurse fatiguethan the other departments; different way of life, depression, fatigue of long durationwill increase the degree of fatigue; to job satisfaction and fatigue have negativelyrelated. The mainly reasons affecting the fatigue of the medical staff mainly are busyand night-time frequency, followed by lack of sleep and rest. Hospital to be equippedwith a reasonable human resources, has been compiling, try to improve the treatment ofthe medical staff, psychological counseling for hospital staff on a regular basis. Ashealth care workers themselves want to positive attitude adjustment, face occupationalstress; to ensure sleep at the same time actively participate in social activities and relax.
