| Objective: To evaluate the emergency patients of hospital with acute urticaria, andthe etiology, clinical features and treatmentMethods: With37cases of acute urticaria from January2009to December2009inour hospital Accident and Emergency department，admissions for recurrence observedtherapy and six months after the treatment were analyzed retrospectively.Results:37cases of confirmed cases (14males and23females): the cause of aclear group of23cases (61.06%): cured22cases (97.10%), one cases of recurrencewithin six months (5.07%); unknown etiology group of14cases (38.94%):12cases(86.36%) cured. Relapse within six months3cases (20.45%): two sets of cure rate andthe relapse rate has a significant (P <0.01).Conclusion: The complex etiology of acute urticaria in a timely manner to find thecause, treatment for the cause is the key to prevention and treat acute urticaria. |
