Status And Influencing Factors Of Mental Health Among Persons Living In Yunnan Unexpected Sudden Death Areas

【Objectives】About Yunnan unexplained sudden death ward population mental healthstatus, to explore the factors of sudden death ward population mentalhealth status extent and impact of mental health conditions，to providea scientific basis for the development to enhance and improve the measuresof the ward population mental health and cause of new research directions.【Methods】According to the geographical distribution，the survey samples for theoccurrence of Yunnan Unexplained Sudden Deathe are form Heqing County，Eryuan County, Xiangyun County, Nanjian County and Yunlong County，DaliBai Autonomous Prefecture located in the south of Yunnan； Dayao Countyof Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture located in the central of Yunnan；Lushui County of Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Prefecture located in thenorthwest of Yunnan and Tengchong County of Baoshan City located in thesouthwest of Yunnan，in accordance with the principle of the geographicalenvironment， lifestyle and similar economic level, Yongping County andDali Ancient City, Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture which did not happenYunnan Unexplained Sudden Death and will be far away from the YunnanUnexplained Sudden Death ward in the control group. The survey Using"F"amily and personal circumstances questionnaire to survey families“and personal circumstances, using Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and S，elf-Rating Depression Scal，e to measurement of population mentalhealth, social support measurement “application Social Support RatingS，，cale to reflect. The survey questionnaire the application EPDATAsoftware doule data entry check, using SPSS11.0software for statisticalanalysis, statistical methods chi-square test and T test and multiplelinear regressiom analysis.【Results】By inverstigating10counties,18towns and37villages household2209villagers. Issued a total of2400copies of the questionnaire, recover the2323survey and the analysis of2209，the recover rate and efficiency of96.79%. The results of the survey variables for mental health, the studyof mental health status was measured by the proceeds of anxiety (SAS) anddepression (SDS) self-rating scale, anxiety and depression score as thedependent variable. Explanatory variable of the survey done by the“，self-made family questionarie， the resident population of thefamily, family type of housing, medical insurance status, the averageannual household income survey； in addition done by the slfe-made personal，，questionnaire gender, age, education level, marital, religiousbeliefs, occupation, whether suffering from chronic diseases,the mostrecent year hospitalization of the investigation；finally xiao shuiyuanby the Social Support Scale measuring the status of social support, socialsupport, objective support, subjective support, utilization of support asan explanatory variable.The result showed that:ward crowd anxiety anddepression score40.97+10.15，41.28+8.74)were lower than the control grouppopulation (38++.797.23?39.477.60)； score of social support, subjectivesupport (39.15±8.86，19.22±4.73) were lower than the control grouppopulation (42.23±7.48，21.44±4.06)。but the population of the ward groupsocial support utilization, objective support population control groupsocial support utilization, no statistically significant difference between the objective support. Using multiple linear regression to controlfor confounding factors, sudden unexplained death in the mental health ofthe ward population in Yunnan block，age, occupation, theprevalence, hospitalizations, objectivesupport, subjectivesupport,social support,social support,subjective support,objectivesupport with anxiety and depression score was positively correlated.[Conclusion]Yunnan unexplained sudden cardiac death ward population mental healthand social support were lower than the control group crowd. The correlationbetween Yunnan unexplained sudden cardiac death ward population lowersocial support and lower mental health score. Yunnan unexplained suddencardiac death ward population mental health factors, includingage, occupation, the prevalence, hospitalization history. For thisreason, it is recommended that the relevant departments of Yunnanunexplained cardiac sudden death ward population as much social supportand psychological counseling and other measures to improve and enhancethe mental health ward population Yunnan unexplained sudden cardiacdeath.
