Objective:(1) This research was about preparation of the resveratrol hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD)inclusion compound then to study the effect of4kinds of penetration enhancer on percutaneous absorption of across mice skin.(2)Prepared the resveratrol niosomes and investigated the percutaneous absorption of the resveratrol niosomes cream. Methods:(1) Through the orthogonal experiment, the freeze-drying methods were used to prepare the resveratrol inclusion compound,Using ultraviolet-visible spectrum and thin layer chromatography (TLC) methods to identify if the resveratrol inclusion compound was formed.(2) HPLC method was used to determine the inclusion rate of every batch inclusion compound to find the optimum preparation condition.(3)DPPH(1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazy-lradical2,2-Diphenyl-l-(2,4,6-trinitrophenyl)hydrazyl) method was employed to evaluate the antioxidant activities of resveratrol inclusion compound.(4) By transdermal absorption experiments, verified the inclusion compound has good permeability and chosed the best penetration enhancer.(5) determined the penetration and viscosity of cream with the best penetration enhancer.(6)To prepare resveratrol ascorbic palpitate noisome by solvent-injection method and to optimize the formulation of noisome, entrapment efficiency was determined by dialysis method. Results:It proved that the resveratrol HP-β-CD inclusion compound has formed; The experiment showed the optimum preparation condition:The mass ratio of Resveratrol to HP-β-CD1:15, inclusion temperature40℃, inclusion time90minutes; through the date of DPPH, we found that resveratrol inclusion compound showed some ability of eliminating DPPH free radical. Its IC50is40mg·L-1; from the experimental results of the permeation of the clathrate cream, different kinds and different amount added could affect the penetration effect of the cream, and the best penetration agent is1%Azone. Conclusion:Resveratrol inclusion complexes still has good antioxidant capacity and good stability. resveratrol-niosomes is in good shape. Resveratrol inclusion compound cream has a good ability to penetrate, there are great prospects for development in the beauty.
