1Purpose:Through summing up the implantation of endovascular stent graft (ESG) and Artificial blood vessel replacement (ABVR) as two kinds of treatment of Abdominal aorta Pseudoaneurysm (AAP) and Abdominal aorta aneurysm (AAA) and to review the case of24-month follow-up, evaluation of both treatment of Abdominal aorta Pseudoaneurysm and Abdominal aorta aneurysm of the clinical effect to investigate a more Safe and effective methodthe of clinical treatment of abdominal aortic pseudoaneurysm and Abdominal aorta aneurysm.2Materials and Methods:2.1Subjects:These43patients, aged40to70years mean63years, were selected from April2007to Jan2011Feb in Tianjin Union Medicine Centre, who suffered from AAP and AAA, All the Patients had CT angiography confirmed AAP and AAA, symptoms include:local mass and expansion beats, palpable systolic thrill systolic murmur.2.2Experimental Methods:Group Methods: All the patients were divided into two groups. A group (experimental group), this group patients were the implantation of endovascular stent graft, B group (control group), via Artificial blood vessel replacement therapy. All patients were discharged with take Aspirin and regular outpatient review. Follow-up:After discharge, these43patients followed up by OPD or by telephone regularly, to know their situation of body, vessel, blood and complications by U-sound, blood-testing and CTA. We made records of efficiency and the cure rate at6month,12month,18months,24months after discharge.Statistical methods:All the data measured by standard as previously recorded measurement and handled by statistical software SPSS16.0, then compared frequency distribution by using Chi-square test, and χ2means Chi-square value, and P<0.05indicated significant difference, while P>0.05regarded as no statistically significant. 3All patients were followed up by surveys, statistical the rate of bleeding and mortality rate of all the patients,6month,12month,18months,24months after discharge. By statistical basis, the early and mid-term Rate of bleeding and Mortality rate of the two groups were significant differences.4Conclusion:The Bleeding and Mortality rate of the implantation of endovascular stent graft and the replacement artificial blood vessel has significant difference. Therefore, the implantation of endovascular stent graft therapy is of great significance in the treatment of Pseudoaneurysm of the abdominal aorta and Abdominal aorta aneurysm, is the preferred method of treating Pseudoaneurysm of the abdominal aorta and Abdominal aorta aneurysm.
