physical function dimension, patients in the control group scores were47.46±24.56, patients in the intervention group scores were43.25±27.17; role function dimension, control group patients score was57.14±29.93, intervention patients with a score of50.87±31.57; cognitive dimension, patients in the control group scores were51.98±37.57, patients in the intervention group scores were42.85±36.28; social function dimension, patients in the control group scores were54.76±23.36, patients in the intervention group scores were46.42±27.68, no significant difference (P>0.05).②The negative mood:self-rating anxiety scale, the control group was71.31±6.29score (severe anxiety), patients in the intervention group score was71.42±6.18(severe anxiety); self-rating depression scale, patients in the control group scored68.36±5.97(moderate depression), patients in the intervention group scores were67±8.73(moderate depression), the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).③Self-efficacy Sense:self-efficacy questionnaire, patients in the control group scores were44.29±10.69, patients in the intervention group scores were46±9.81, no significant difference (P>0.05).3The analysis between groups after intervention.①The quality of life:general health, patients in the control group scores were61.19±21.03, patients in the intervention group scores were74.04±18.23; physical function dimension, patients in the control group scores were55.11±23.36, patients in the intervention group scores were23.11±16.49; role function dimension, control group patients score was69.45±25.18, intervention patients with a score of24.44±17.36; cognitive dimension, patients in the control group scores were63.89±34.21, patients in the intervention group scores were19.44±25.93; social function dimension, patients in the control group scores were61.67±18.65, patients in the intervention group scores were29.99±24.5, the scores of intervention group were lower than the control group, there was statistical significance differences (P<0.05).②The negative mood: self-rating anxiety scale, the control group scored67.67±5.59(moderate anxiety), patients in the intervention group score was56.31±4.09(mild anxiety); self-rating depression scale, patients in the control group scored66.57±8.57(moderate depression), patients in the intervention group scores were60.88±4.42(mild depression), the intervention group patients with anxiety and depression scores were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).③Self-efficacy Sense:self-efficacy questionnaire, patients in the control group scores were48.76±12.86, patients in the intervention group scores were85.09±7.46, patients in the intervention group were higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).4The analysis within group.①The control group of patients in the quality of life questionnaire physical function dimension and cognitive dimension scores were decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the quality of life questionnaire in other dimensions and negative mood (anxiety and depression) lower scores than those before intervention, self-efficacy scores improved than those before intervention, but no statistically significant differences (P>0.05).②The patients in the intervention group quality of life and negative emotion (anxiety and depression) decreased the scores before intervention, self-efficacy scores improved than those before intervention, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion1Breast cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy for self management intervention, the quality of life of the patients was higher than that of conventional nursing group.2Breast cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy for self management intervention, the degree of anxiety and depression in patients with lighter than the routine nursing group.3Breast cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy for self management intervention, patients’ self-efficacy scores higher than the regular nursing group.4Application of self-management in cancer field theory is still in the primary stage in our country, there is still much room for development.
