ObjectiveThrough the analysis of repeated abortion causes, related factors of abortion caused by anxiety, depression status, analysis of PAC intervention on anxiety, depression of the middle after abortion, and provide reference for the medical institutions and family planning departments to carry out Post-abortion care and psychological counseling.MethodsSelect the2012.9-2012.12clinic in the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University, family planning clinics, aged≤24years, previous induced abortion1times or more, the unmarried women42-70days of pregnancy termination of pregnancy in100cases as the object of study. Self-rating anxiety scale, self-rating depression scale and an anonymous questionnaire survey was questionnaire self-made, and signed the relevant confidentiality agreements, follow-up times were2, respectively is:after abortion in January, March, and were randomly divided into two groups of100cases, PAC intervention group and control group. Questionnaire uniform code will examine good transmission machine, multivariate unconditional Logistic regression analysis using statistical software SPSS21.0, calculated the odds ratio (OR) and95%confidence intervals (CI), descriptive analysis, x2test and t test.ResultsThe object of study average age21.72±1.83years old (15-24years old), for the first time sexual life age19.51±2.23years old, the first abortion age20.18±2.57years of age, number of sexual partners and1.34±1.07,1.88±1.51times of artificial abortion, history of artificial abortion at least1times, up to5times,2times and above accounted for43%.5cases of repeated abortion within6months,6months to1years of repeated abortion20cases, more than1years in75cases. The pregnancy without contraception contraceptive failure accounted for58%,42%, method of contraceptive failure are as follows:the safe period, ejaculation, emergency contraception, condoms. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed, more than2first abortion aged≤20years, number of sexual partners than were the risk factors of adolescent repeated pregnancy. The research object of preoperative symptoms of depression occurrence rate is45%(45/100), incidence of anxiety was43%(43/100). Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS) score display:Study of SAS standard and SDS standard is higher than the national norm, the difference was significant (p<0.05). Two abortion interval≤June, first sex age≤18, more than2times of pregnancy were the main factors influencing unmarried repeated abortion adolescents psychosomatic symptoms and anxiety, depression. The object of study were randomly divided into two groups:induced abortion before:the intervention group and control group SAS and SDS index values showed no significant difference (p>0.05), but the difference compared with the national norm, the intervention group and the control group of SAS and SDS index values were significantly different (p<0.01); postoperative follow-up in January: statistically significant intervention group and control group SAS and SDS index value difference (p<0.05), control group SAS and SDS index values and the national norm group had significant difference(p<0.01), but the intervention group SAS and SDS index values and the national norm index values were not statistically significant (p>0.05) March; follow-up after abortion:the intervention group, control group and the national norm of group SAS and SDS index values were not statistically significant (p>0.05).ConclusionsThe first abortion aged≤20years, number of sexual partners of2and older adolescent is at risk for repeated abortion. The people with mental health problems:anxiety, depression has significant higher proportion of unmarried abortion crowd. For the first time sexual life and the first abortion age, frequency of abortion and miscarriage short interval repeated abortion the main risk factors of adolescent mental health. PAC intervention to promote abortion women after the anxiety and depression state recovery, specification development of PAC is to prevent adolescent abortion, guarantee their psychosomatic health of the key.
