Objective:To study the ultrasonic elasticity imaging in the evaluation of the application of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer.Methods:55cases of breast cancer patients confirmed by Pathology were chosed and clinical evaluation(palpation), ultrasound and ultrasonic elasticity imaging examination before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy cycles were performed, depending on the changeness of breast tumor before and after chemotherapy compared to chemotherapy and pathological methods.Results:After4cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy, the tumors of the breast, ultrasound elastic Imaging effect evaluation full mitigation rate for78%, general ultrasound effect evaluation full mitigation rate for74%, clinical touch diagnosis effect evaluation full mitigation rate for65%, treatment before and after elastic scoring and the strain rate ratio are has reduces, ultrasound elastic Imaging sensitive degrees and the accuracy for:81.32%and83.72%; general ultrasound of sensitive degrees and the accuracy for:75%and80.49%. A paired t-test and Chi-square test, P<0.05, differences are statistically significant. Conclusion:after neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with breast cancer, to evaluation-related clinical, research has shown that ultrasound elastography in the assessment:has some advantages compared with other imaging, with higher sensitivity compared to conventional ultrasound methods, a combination of the effects of chemotherapy can be more objective feedback to clinical.
