To understand sex attitudes of high-school students and to explore the role of parents in adolescent sexual health education. Provide scientific basis for education sector and parents in targeted high-school student sexual health education.Method Adopt Multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method, the sample is944middle-school student from Kunming and Puer city of Yunnan Province.The use of general descriptive analysis, chi-square test, t test, analysis of variance, correlation analysis, analysis of comparison in parent-child communication characteristics and its influencing factors.Result1.Communication status between parents and children.1.1Communication between high-school students and their mother is easier than high-school students and their father. Communication status between middle school students and their parents is no different in gender and is different in nation.1.2Communication between only child and their parents is better than non-only child and their parents.1.3Communication is influenced by parents education level and career. The higher education level and more professional, the communication status is better.2.Sexual knowledge communication between children and parents2.1The number who have sexual knowledge communication is629, accounting for69.9%.2.2Parent-child sexual knowledge communication status is influenced by gender, nation, parents’education level and career.2.3High-school students would like communicating with their mother about sexual knowledge more than father and the communication numbers is more than father. Their mother is more active in sexual knowledge communication. The knowledge of sexual abuse is less communication.2.4High-school students who have god communication with their parents, is better than other students in sexual knowledge communication and earlier age.3attitudes of high-school studentsSexual attitude of high-school students who have been surveyed is a little conservative. They lack of knowledge about menstruation and masturbation. Senior high school students are tolerant of puppy love and premarital sex.Conclusion1.Parents is leading role in parent-child communication.2. Mother is easier in parent-child communication.3. Parent-child communication is influenced by gender, nation, parents’education level and career.4. The communication effect is influenced by how parents communicate with their children.4.1should adopt equal, open, interactive, positive way to guide high school students.4.2Reduce level of sensitivity and awkward when communication.4.3Communication is in order to promote the high school students formed healthy sexual attitudes. Reduce premarital sex and protect themselves when sex occurs.5.
