Sanhuang Zhixue Capsule In The Treatment Of Ⅰ、Ⅱ Stage Of Internal Hemorrhoids Hemorrhage Clinical And Experimental Study

Objective: To discuss the clinical effect and experimental basis of Sanhuang Zhixue Capsuletreatment â… , â…¡ stage of internal hemorrhoids.Method: The clinical research combined with experimental research.(1) Clinical research:the61patients met the inclusion criteria of internal hemorrhoids were divided into twogroups, were treated with Sanhuang Zhixue Capsule and Longxuejie Pian, observed inpatients with hemorrhoids bleeding, pain and surface mucosal changes, on the clinicalcurative effect of treating hemorrhoids bleeding about Sanhuang Zhixue Capsule andsafety.(2) Experimental study: through the concentration of rats were measured by analvenous plexus of VEGF protein by ELISA, in order to understand the Sanhuang ZhixueCapsule inhibited the anal vein plexus angiogenesis in rats, so as to provide a reliableexperimental basis for the treatment of hemorrhoids.Results:(1) Clinical research: the two groups after treatment in patients with anal bleeding,pain, hemorrhoids mucous membrane change, fecal occult blood test showed improvement,31cases in treatment group,4cases were cured, effective in15cases, effective in11cases,the total efficiency of96.8%. A control group of30cases,1cases were cured, effective in7cases, effective in18cases, the total efficiency of86.7%.(2)Experimental study: ELISAexperimental results of Sanhuang Zhixue Capsule on the expression of rat VEGF showed:after administration of24h, experimental group1and blank group, control group1betweenVEGF concentrations had significant difference (P<0.05); after administration of48h,experimental group2, control group2, the blank group VEGF have statistical difference(P<0.05); after administration of24h,48h, experiment1group and2group and blank groupdifference between VEGF concentration also had a significan difference (P<0.01), and experimental group1and the2group had no significant difference between the concentrationof VEGF (P>0.05).Conclusion: Sanhuang Zhixue Capsule has the effect of hemorrhage of internal hemorrhoids,analgesia, anti-inflammation and detumescence in clinical efficacy, expression and inhibitedrat and vascular endothelial growth factor protein in the experimental study.
