Objective:1) To compare the short term effect between laparoscopic-assisted gastrectomyand open gastrectomy for the gastric cancer. Methods:36patients of laparoscopic-assistedgastrectomy for the gastric cancer were operated in our department. The operative timeblood loss and postoperative recovery of these36patients were compared with those36patients of open gastrectomy for the gastric cancer in the same period in our hospitalselected, with tumor site, TNM stage, sex, group, age and other factors one by one pairedTo compare the intraoperative bleeding, Postoperative ventilation time, postoperativehospitalization days, number of lymph nodes, the number of positive lymph nodes, postoperative white blood cells values, percentage of neutrophils, red blood cells values, average hemoglobin values of these two groups. Results: There was no statisticallysignificant differences in tumor site age and sex between laparoscopic-assisted surgerygroup and open surgery group. Retrospective analysis and evaluation oflaparoscopic-assisted radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer D2lymph node dissection forthe feasibility, safety, effect after radical operation for Gastric cancer. The meanIntraoperative bleeding, Postoperative ventilation time, postoperative hospitalization days, number of lymph nodes, the number of positive lymph nodes, postoperative white bloodcells values, percentage of neutrophils, red blood cells values, average hemoglobinvalues of these two groups are as follows: laparoscopic-assisted surgery group:120ml,2.4days,13days,14days,5,5.62×109,23.94%,-1.02×1012/L,23.7g/l.Open surgerygroup:143ml,3.0days,12days,16,3,8.07×109/L,22.23%-0.74×1012/L,11g/L. Conclusions:Laparoscopic-assited gastrectomy is safe, feasible and And with a clear field of vision, less bleeding, and intra-operative invision, patients recover faster after surgery, Highquality of life, in early stages of laparoscopic surgery development, there are no significant differences beween this two groups of operation.
