Objective:Through the study on the Xinjiang hospital inpatient costs analysis, understanding the distribution of hospitalization expenses, from multiple perspectives analysis of hospital medical insurance expense growth causes, find out the medical insurance expense growth factors related to hospital management, medical costs and provides data, exploring the establishment of reasonable control cost effective ways, for the control of the excessive growth of medical expenses and provide a reliable basis, improve the fixed medical institutions in medical insurance management. Methods: From the Xinjiang hospital HIS system collects2007~2011Medicare patients hospitalization data for130331, including name, age, gender, race, hospital stay, fees, examination fees, management fees, operation fee the total cost of hospitalization, laboratory fees, etc., by means of literature, expert interview and multivariate linear regression analysis method, proper statistical analysis of hospitalization expenses of patients, medical insurance growth factors and control of hospital cost growth is proposed. Results:The results showed that, in a tertiary hospital in2007-2011year number of hospitalizations, total cost, average per capita costs are a growing trend, the fees, inspection fees, costs of treatment, operation fee also showed a rising trend, from hospitalized patients with age, nationality, gender, length of stay, operation and non operation, cost of hospitalization in patients with greater than RMB20,000ranking the top10names of diseases, various types of health insurance and the amount of expenses of one can be seen5years insurance various types of cases and the number of average cost was increasing, the influence factors of hospitalization expense in multivariate analysis, age, gender, that year of medicine, laboratory fees, cost of treatment, operation fees, examination fees to the total hospitalization expenses of inpatients with medical insurance, there were statistically significant, have different degrees of impact; national and hospital stay have no significant effect. Conclusion:Through to the Xinjiang hospital inpatient costs analysis, proposed expenditure growth causes include the reasonable growth factors, growth factors, unreasonable controllable factors and uncontrollable factors, through the analysis of the hospital medical insurance cost management to provide data support, put forward reasonable suggestions for hospital to control the medical expense.
