Objective: To investigate the difference of ERβ(estrogen receptor beta) expression inpausimenia of breast cancer, analyze the curative effect with endocrine therapy in earlybreast cancer. Methods: To select196female breast cancers which meet inclusion criteriain January1998to December2008and in our hospital. To analyze retrospectively therelationship in difference ER beta expression and drug resistance by the Kaplan-Meier andprognostic factors related to the study of Cox survival analysis method. Results: Thedifference of ERβ expression has significant difference in internal secretion of breastcancer(P<0.05); The disease-free survival rate of ERβ which was positive expression inbreast cancer was dropped significantly and was lower than the negative expression group(P<0.05); But in no endocrine therapy group, the disease-free survival rate of ERβwhich was positive expression in breast cancer and the negative expression group areidentical(P>0.05). Conclusion: In the middle of the early postmenopausal ERα negativebreast cancer ERβ positive expression of endocrine therapy with drug resistancecharacteristics, and the prognosis is poor, so detection ERβ may for postmenopausal ERαpositive breast cancer clinical more reasonable choice endocrine therapy, achievemaximum benefit provide a reference basis.
