| Objective:By comparing the conventional hemodialysis (CHD) with high-flux hemodialysis(HFHD),Different dialysis methods on clinical observation of micro inflammationstate and anemia status in patients with maintenance hemodialysis (MHD),To Provides thebasis of clinical improve micro inflammation state and anemia status in patients withMHD.Methods: The medical records and associated data of50patients cases at20-80years old with CKD-5stage in our blood purification center, which came from May of2011to November of2012.patients were divided into two groups at random,Respectively usinglow-flux dialyzer and high-flux dialyzer. Serum indicators On two groups for the first timedialysis and3months after treatment, such as:hemoglobin (Hb), urea nitrogen (BUN) andparathyroid hormone (PTH), interleukin-6(IL-6), serum c-reactive protein (CRP) wasanalyzed by change. Results: CHD group and HFHD dialysis before comparing theindicators for the first time no statistical difference (P>0.05); CHD group before andafter treatment comparison of BUN, PTH, IL-6clear no difference (P>0.05), Cleared toCRP have significant difference (P <0.01), Significant differences to the promotion of Hb(P <0.01); HFHD group is cleared to BUN no difference before and after the treatment (P>0.05), Cleared to PTH, IL-6and CRP have difference (P <0.05), Significant differencesto the promotion of Hb (P <0.01); Between CHD group and HFHD after3months oftreatment was cleared to BUN no difference (P>0.05), Cleared to PTH, IL-6and CRPhave difference (P <0.05), Significant differences to the promotion of Hb (P <0.01).Conclusion: Compared with CHD group, HFHD group can be more effectively removemacromolecule toxins and inflammatory cytokines, Renal anemia correction of MHDpatients, To significantly improve the micro-inflammatory state and anemia status inpatients with MHD. |
