Objective:1) TO build echinococcus granulosus antigen B mediated the rat model of type1diabetes;2) TO explore fine grained spines ball larva antigen B of BALB/C mice withtype1diabetes onset of effect and its possible mechanism.Methods:30male BALB/C mice were randomly divided into3groups: intramuscularinjection made echinococcus granulosus antigen B+diabetes module (group A,10),intramuscular injection of sodium chloride+diabetes make module (group B,10), blankmade module+diabetes (group C, only10). For each group A muscle note echinococcusantigen B (100ul/10g) for five days, each mice group B give the same dose of0.9%sodium chloride injection for five days,1week after with B group urea with induced byintraperitoneal injection of mice and chain type1diabetes, dynamic observation of bodyweight, blood sugar changes. Two random glucose or greater tendency for16.7L andblood sugar stable to be put to death in mice after3weeks, eyeball blood, serum, centrifugal to return with ELISA method of determination of serum interleukin2,interleukin10(IL-2and IL-10) level. Results:Muscle injection of echinococcus granulosus antigen B compared with muscleinjection of physiological saline group and blank group blood sugar, body weight werestatistically significant (P <0.05); And muscle injection of physiological saline group andblank compared with no statistical difference (P>0.05); ELISA method to measure IL-2and IL-10, flesh notes ball of echinococcus granulosus antigen group B compared withmuscle injection of physiological saline and blank group were statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion: echinococcus granulosus antigen B of experimental mice with type1diabetes have antagonism effect, its mechanism is related to the Th1/Th2immunedeviation.
