Objectives: To analyze the level of plasma D-dimer (DD)、fibrinogen (Fg) and theresults of corelated blood gas analysis in patients with bronchial asthma acuteexacerbation and clinical remission, aiming to explore the change of coagulation functionand clinical significance in patients with bronchial asthma acute exacerbation.Methods:60patients diagnosed bronchial asthma acute exacerbation in the respiratory medicine offifth affiliated hosipital of Xinjiang Medical University in January,2011—June,2012werechosen,the diagnostic criteria of bronchial asthma was accorded with “A Guide to thePrevention and Cure of Bronchial Asthma” enacted by the Chinese Medical Association in2008.According to the standard of bronchial asthma severity classification in the Guide todivide the60patients into3groups:23cases with mild attack(12males,11females,theaverage age42.1±5.6)、20cases with morderate attack(10males,10females,the averageage44.6±4.9)、17cases with severe attack(8males,9females,the average age46.8±5.2).60examples were chosen in January,2011—June,2012in our outpatient service healthphysical examination,30males,30females,the average age43.4±4.6.D-dimer、Fg、bloodgas analysis(mainly PaO2、PaCO2)were measured in60patients with bronchial asthmaacute exacerbation and clinical remission and in60healthy controls to compare.Results:1、DD(252.35±25.38)μg/L、Fg(3.70±1.52)g/L in the bronchial asthma acuteexacerbation was higher than DD(63.20±4.05)μg/L、Fg(2.79±0.50)g/L in the clinicalremission(P<0.05);There was no statistical significance between DD、Fg in the clinicalremission and DD(60.43±3.40)μg/L、Fg(2.56±0.41)g/L in healthy controls.2、Tocompare DD、Fg in cases before treatment, DD(435.44±66.02)μg/L、Fg(4.26±1.70)g/L in severe attack group was higher than DD(266.95±50.36)μg/L、Fg(3.71±1.22)g/L in morderate attack group(P<0.05),DD、Fg in morderate attack group was higherthan DD(105.62±15.91)μg/L、Fg(3.28±0.86)g/L in mild attack group(P<0.05).3、PaO2offers negative correlations with DD(r=﹣0.717,P<0.05)、and Fg(r=﹣0.661, P<0.05); PaCO2offers positive correlations with DD(r=0.695,P<0.05)、and Fg(r=0.633,P<0.05).Conclusions: The plasma level of DD、Fg in cases group was higherthan in controls group,but there was no statistical significance between clinical remissionand controls.The higher of acute attack severity,the plasma DD、Fg level was higher,offerscorralations with PaO2、PaCO2. The patients with bronchial asthma acute exacerbationhave hypercoagulability and hyperfibrinolysis.There is certain referential meaning tomonitor the plasma level of D-dimer ang fibrinogen in judging the asthma severity、clinical treatment and clinical observation.
