Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effects of Medullary core decompressioncombined Platelet-rich Gel on Sterility Femoral Head Osteonecrosis in Rabbits.Methods:28New Zealand white rabbits, femoral head was not dislocated,Usingliquid nitrogen refrigeration method to establish rabbit Sterility femoral head necrosismodels, after that, animal models were made and divided into three groups randomly asfollows:(A)model group;(B)Medullary decompression group;(C)Medullary CoreDecompression combined Platelet-rich Gel, the fourth week intervene, All rabbits werekilled at4weeks after intervene. All the tissues were stained with HE for microscopeexamination. Before modeling, priortreatment, posttreatment, the three groups of animalsrespectively do magnetic inspection. Results: The mortality was10.7%,The femoral head necrosis rate in group A,B andCwere83.3%,56.2%and31.2%.Empty lacunae, bone marrow necrosis area were decreasedand bone trabeculae volume was increased in B group compared with A and C groups(Pīš¤0.05).Conclusion: Medullary Core Decompression combined Platelet-rich Gel is aneffective method to treat corticosteroid-induced femoral head ON in rabbit.
