Objective:Through the review of the adult patients with traumatic spleen rupture of the clinical data, this study attempted to analyze on factors treatment decisions, to discuss whether treatment decisions in the existing imaging monitoring, whole monitoring level of development and progress of technology of life support were changed. However, did the traditional surgical indications be challenged? To guide how to treat with traumatic spleen rupture in accurate decisions. To investigate current status of treatment on traumatic spleen rupture in regional medical center in Tianjin of China. Methods:To make into and get rid of the standards,147patients of adult patients with traumatic spleen rupture in5years were treated with retrospective analyzing, from two level3general hospitals in Tianjin from2005to2009.16influence factors were set to constants,"gender","age","injury causes","describing injuries","admission blood pressure","temperature","pulse","abdominal injury","abdomen the united injury","abdominocentesis","spleen injury classification","drinking histories","before the injury history of drinking","smoking histories","chronic medical history","history of allergies". Whether to operate were set to variables. Sorting data calculated with SPSS12.0software. Through single factor analysis of logistic,16factors were respectively treated with the relationship between the treatments. Through many factors logistic analysis, factors of statistical significance of each affecting factor were treated with the method of treatment.Results:4related factors were related to treatment decisions through single factor analysis of logistic."Injury causes"(P<0.05),"pulse"(P<0.01),"abdominocentesis"(P<0.01) and "spleen injury classification"(P<0.01) regarded as Statistical significance. The rest of the influence factors were not statistically significant. Age was not related to surgical decision-making. In the analysis of many factors logistic four factors influence each other.89cases,60.54%of all cases,89.89%of surgery, are undergone splenetomy.50.85%of CT grade1or2,85.71%of surgery, are undergone splenetomy.100%of CT grade3or4are undergone splenetomy.7of CT grade1or2are spleen saved. Conclusion:Most cases in this study are spleen removed,it is necessary to investigate the traumatic spleen treatment in more regional medical center, develop more reliable surgical technique to save more CT grade1or2ruptured spleen.
