Objective:1. To explore diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI) and apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) in the diagnosis of glioma2. To explore magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H-MRS) diagnosis of gliomas and analyzing the metabolitesMethods:1.31patients of brain glioma which were confirmed by postoperative pathological results were gathered in The First Hospital Of Kunming Medical University from January2012to April2013.21cause of low-grade (Ⅰ-Ⅱ)10cause of high-grade (Ⅲ-Ⅳ) all of them using PHILPSPS ACHIEVA3.0T magnetic resonance imaging system underwent T2WI T1WI DWI and enhanced and all cause were recruited to undergo conventional MR-DWI test preoperative.Measure in the solid area and peritumoral edema and normal white matter of the opposide side brain ADC and than the rADC were calculated. All date were analyzed by SPSS17.0statistical software package.To analyzed the value in different grading tumor of brain glioma ADC and rADC2.10patients of brain glioma which were confirmed by postoperative pathological results were gathered in The First Hospital of Kunming Medical University from January2012to April2013. All of them use PHILPSPS ACHIEVA3.0T magnetic resonance imaging system before operation. The spectral line in the solid area of tumor and the opposite side were observe with NAA/Cr, NAA/Cho, Cho/Cr. All date were analyzed by SPSS17.0statistical software package.Results:1. The value of ADC in the solid area of low-grade gliomas are significantly higher than those of high-grade gliomas(p<0.05). The value of ADC in peritumoral edema of low-grade gliomas are no significantly than those of high-grade gliomas(p<0.05). The value of rADC in the solid area of low-grade gliomas are significantly higher than those of high-grade gliomas(p<0.05).The value of rADC in peritumoral edema of low-grade gliomas are no significantly than those of high-grade gliomas(p>0.05).2. Compared with the normal-area of the opposite side, the NAA descend the Cho ascend of solid area of tumor indifferent levels. In the solid area NAA/Cr, NAA/Cho, Cho/Cr:0.9778±0.83171,0.8200±0.86551,1.9356±1.33855, in the normal area NAA/Cr, NAA/Cho, Cho/Cr:1.8160±0.86311,2.1100±.82221,0.8622±0.48218, the Lac peak and Lip peak were seen. There were significant differences between the in the solid area area and normal-area.Conclusion:1. The ADC value has a certain degree of correlation with the pathological grade of glioma, it can be used as an indicator of the pathological grade of gliomas preoperative. diffusion-weighted imaging great value for diagnosis glioma joining with T2WI, T1WI and enhanced, it will increase accuracy rate in this disease2. The abnormalities of intracellular metabolite in glioma are pathological changes of brain neuronal loss,cell membrane split hyperplasia which cause by tumor tissue. Hydrogen proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy provides objective basis for glioma clinical preoperative grading no invasively. Hydrogen Proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy technique as the only one technique can study the substance metabolism and pathological changes from the molecular level in vivo, also the no invasive imaging method that quantitative analysis the metabolites It has good maneuverability and repeatability, and compare with the routine clinical MRI will detects in the earily.
