TCM Syndrome Differentiation Characteirstics And Related Factors Of Research In Elderly Acute Myeloid Leukemia

Objective: to observe the elderly acute myeloid leukemia in TCM yndromedistribution characteristics, to explore factors associated with distribution of syndromes.Methods: the diagnosis of112cases of aged60or more acute myeloid leukemia patientswith clinical data retrospective study, the gender, age, peripheral blood, bone marrowhyperplasia situation and stage treatment, Chinese medicine syndrome were analyzed, anddiscuss factors that may be associated with the syndrome of TCM. Results:1. Theobservation of112cases of elderly patients with AML, male68cases (60.71%), and44cases (39.29%), male, female=1.5:1; Age60to82years old, average age68+/-5.03;Of60~69years,62cases (55.36%),70~79,48cases (42.86%), more than80years oldin2cases (1.80%), gender, age, there was no statistically significant difference;2. Thetype of traditional Chinese medicine is given priority to with spleen and kidney Yangdeficiency, comparison between groups of syndrome, spleen kidney Yang deficiency>toxic heat flourishing> both qi and Yin> blood stasis poison implication. Applychi-square test and correlation analysis test, the syndrome distribution has nothing to dowith gender, age distribution (P>0.05). Syndrome distribution and analyses the effect ofbone marrow hyperplasia, bone marrow hyperplasia is divided into3groups describe,compare between the two, the statistical test (P <0.05), correlated with both. Syndromedistribution and clinical symptoms were analyzed, and there are differences between theclinical symptoms between two groups (P <0.05), said evidence syndrome distribution isrelated with clinical symptoms.
