Objective:To discuss the value of three-dimensional contrast-enhanced ultrasonog-raphy in differentiating gestational trophoblastic neoplasia(GTN). Methods:GTN23,non-GTN14were evaluated both by2-D and3-D CEUS imaging, all cases weresurgical pathology or long-term follow-up confirmed. Results:(1) the two groups oflesions and normal muscle layers of time-intensity curve parameters (initial increase time, time to peak, peak of the signal intensity) all have significant difference (P <0.05), andbetween the two groups various parameters there are no significant differences (2) GTN23example,3D ultrasound imaging characteristics12for solid ball(15/23); Non GTN14cases,including uterine ectopic pregnancy (3cases)for the hollow ball and pregnancy residues(11cases) for the regional star type, three space stereoscopic structure characteristics arestatistically significant (P <0.05).(3) after imaging two groups of cases of lesions rangeincrease (P=0.000), GTN enlarged value is greater than non GTN (P=0.002), can bemore accurate judgment lesions range and infiltration situation. Conclusion: ultrasoundimaging in GTN differential diagnosis has the positive role,3-D CEUS ultrasoundimaging much plane and perspectives observation lesions, make lesions and complexvascular space structure more comprehensive, clear, stereo, intuitive. |
