Abstract/Summary:
Objective: long-term systematic evaluation of alcohol consumption and coronaryheart disease morbidity and mortality. Methods: PubMed database computer, Highwiredatabase, Embase databases, WILEY Database, China Academic Journal (CNKI) literaturesearch was performed, the time from1990to2012, the query is long-term drinkingoccurrence of coronary heart disease, and (or) prospective cohort study of coronary heartdisease death. Independently by two authors retrieval literature, and based on the inclusioncriteria and exclusion standards strictly to retrieve the collection of literature screening, data extraction and methodological quality assessment. Application of the Revman5.1software for statistical analysis of data. Results: ultimately included in the the12literature research object599,906people. Meta-analysis results showed that: male drinkersand non-drinkers coronary heart disease occurrence (OR:0.67,95%CI:0.54~0.81, I2=82%, P <0.0001); male drinkers and non-drinkers coronary heart disease deaths occursituation (OR:0.74,95%CI:0.61~0.89, I2=72%, P=0.002); the female drinker andnon-drinker coronary heart disease occurrence (OR:0.58,95%CI:0.52~~0.64, I2=0%,P <0.00001); female drinkers and non-drinkers, coronary heart disease deaths happened(OR:0.62,95%CI:0.53to0.73, I2=0%, P <0.00001), the difference was statisticallysignificant. Conclusion: Long-term drinking affecting coronary heart disease incidenceand mortality can be as coronary heart disease an impact factor. Included in the study areobservational studies, confounding factors more research methodological quality is nothigh, the need to further improve the validation.
