Analysis Of Relative Factors Of Severe Pre-eclampsia With Kidney Function Injury And The Prognosis Of Pregnant Woman,fetus And Newborn

Objective: To investigate the relative factors of severe Pre-eclampsia kidney function injury and the prognosis of pregnant woman,fetus and newborn. Methods:Clinical data of354cases of pregnant woman suffering from severe Pre-eclampsiawhose gestational age＞28weeks in first affiliated Hospital,of Xinjiang Medical University from June2008to June2011,Patients were devided into two groups as the kidney function injury and the control group of kidney function normal.Results:systolic blood pressure, incidence of gestational age,regular Obstetric examination,serum album,PT activity,International normalized ratioand,fibrinogen had significanylystatistical differences beween the two groups(P＜0.05),In this two groups placentalabruption, heart failure, HELLP syndrome, fetal distress, premature and fetal growth restriction, stillbirth had statistical differences(P＜0.05),In the multivariable logistic regression of fetal distress in the severe Pre-eclampsia, kidney function injury of the severe Pre-eclampsia(OR=4.597,95%CI=2.037-10.374),placental abruption,(OR=6.155,95%CI=2.542-14.902),heart failure(OR=5.917,95%CI=1.606-21.797),Closely related to fetal distress.Conclusion: the relative factors of kidney function injury of severe Pre-eclampsia.is systolic blood,,incidence of gestational age, regular Obstetric examination, serum album and Coagulation,have related with a variety of serious complications of the mother,fetus and newborn,in our clinical work,we should take intensive care of the mother and fetus,grasp the indications of the termination of pregnancy,could improve the prognosis of maternal and infants.
