Objective: To retrospectively analyze patients with inferior wall acute myocardialinfarction(AMI)by electrocardiographic(ECG)data analysis, to study the relationshipbetween changes of ECG and coronary angiography and clinical characteristics and toinvestigate the value of electrocardiogram(ECG)in predicting infarct-relatedartery(IRA)and the location of occlusion in patients with acute inferior myocardialinfarction(AIMI).Methods:115patients with inferior wall AMI were selected anddivided into right coronary artery disease group and left coronary artery lesion groupaccording to coronary angiography results.Changes of ECG and results of coronaryangiography as well as clinical features were analyzed and compared betweengroups.Results:(1)This paper studies suggest angiography showed normal coronaryarteries were not associated with diabetes, the majority of patients with acute inferiormyocardial infarction with diabetes in two branches, multivessel disease;the older, the moreinvolved the number of diseased vessels.(2)IRA in patients with acute inferior myocardialinfarction with LCX were male patients; the back wall, right ventricular myocardialinfarction is often associated with inferior wall myocardial infarction complicated withright ventricular infarction coexist;, the IRA was RCA, and segmental lesions were locatedin the proximal segment of the right coronary artery; In patients with normal coronaryangiography were simple acute inferior myocardial infarction, not combined with otherparts of the myocardial infarction.(3) ST↓aVL> ST↓I decision IRA RCA other than thestandard high detection rate(4) ST segment deviation judgment IRA sensitivity, RCA orLCX specificity is not high (5) all inferior myocardial infarction patients should be timelyand accurately record the right chest lead electrocardiogram. Conclusion: ECG hasimportant predictive value in diagnosis of the artery and site of inferior wall AMI....
