Objective:Detection of the human soluble cluster of differentiation antigen40ligand (sCD40L) expression in the serum of patients with coronary heart disease and investigate its relevance with coronary vulnerable plaques. Methods:Enzyme-linked-immunosorbent serologic assay(ELISA) was used to measure sCD40L、hs-CRP in the patients with Coronary heart disease which diagnosised by coronary angiography(CAG), then analysised the results. Results:The levels of sCD40L in the patients with acute coronary syndrome group was higher than stable angina group and non coronary heart disease group, the difference is significant(t=3.84p<0.01、t=5.29p<0.01); the sCD40L and hs-CRP levels were not statistically different between the stable angina gruop and non coronary heart disease group (t=0.94p>0.05、t=1.26p>0.05); in the acute coronary syndrome group which sCD40L levels were statistically and positively correlation with hs-CRP levels (r=0.743p<0.01); in the unstable angina group which sCD40L levels were statistically and positively correlation with Gensini score (r=0.871p<0.01).Conclusions:The human soluble cluster of differentiation antigen40ligand (sCD40L) is a inflammatory cytokines which expression was significantly increased in patients with acute coronary syndrome and can estimated vulnerable plaque and predict the occurrence of acute coronary syndrome.
