Objective method of making chemical-induced SD rats and Kunming mice, hamsters and other hyperlipidemia model three kinds of animals, while to the animal aneffective part of preventive gavage Piper longum group of emulsion; to select the mostsuitable for making high-lipemia of animal models and to idenityf groups of Piperlongum effective parts lipid transfer ifinction. Methods (1) induced by high fat diet byfeeding into the SD rats (cholesterol,3%, lard10%,0.5%bile salts, basic feed,86.5%) andgolden hamster (basic feed,79%, egg yolk powder10%,lard10%, cholesterol1%),hyperlipidemia models; pairs of Kunming mice by intraperitoneal injection to75%eggyolk emulsion caused by hyperlipidemia model.(2) with Tween—80preparation of Piperlongum and effective part of group of emulsions, preventive gavage for SD rats, hamsters, and Kunming mice, in order to simvastatin as a positive control to observe the subjects ofthe transfer mateiral lipid function.(3) The serum total cholesterol (TC),tirglyceirde (TG),high-density lipoprotein (HDL), low-density lipoprotein (LDL) levels, liver TC, TGcontent and calculation of liver index (%),observation of the appearance of liver Thesubjects confirmed the function of objects and lipids.(4) According to pipeline in Piperlongum and effective part of group where the proportion of included preparation ofemulsions of pipeline, gavage fed high-fat feed given to hamsters and understanding of thePiper longum and effective part of group where the role of pipeline.(5) by hamsters feddifferent doses of high fat diet (the same one) caused by varying degrees of hyperlipidemiamodel, and determine the feed volume and the relationship between serum lipid levels. Results (1) to SD rats were fed with25g a day when the high-fat feed, the mostsuccessful models.(2)80mg/kg Piper longum and effective part of a group of ratssignificantly reduced the serum TC function (P <0.001).(3) hyperlipidemia model in micewithin20hours to create an (serum TC, TG, LDL was significantly higher, P <0.05or P<0.001); confirmed that the dose of120mg/kg (equivalent to pairs of rats,80mg/kg)effective parts of Piper longum group and lipids (TC, TG, LDL decreased signiifcantly P<0.05or P〈0.001) function is the best.(4)2?4weeks of successful result in hamstermodel of hyperlipidemia, serum TC, TG, LDL was signiifcantly higher (P <0.05or P<0.001),while HDL significantly (P <0.05or P <0.001) decline; to determine the golden hamster is the most suitable animal model for making hyperlipidemia.96mg/kg (equivalentto pairs of rats,80mg/kg) and effective part of Piper longum group has decreasedsignificantly (P <0.05or P <0.001) lipid TC,TG, LDL,while increasing HDL (P <0.05orP <0.001). The effective part of Piper longum group contains piperine has been argued thatblood lipid tendencies, but no signiifcant change in the phenomenon does not show toxicity.(5) by different doses of high fat diet caused the success of varying degrees of goldenhamster model of hyperlipidemia; to determine the amount of high fat diet and the linearrelationship between blood lipid levels. Conclusion Traditional Mongolian Medicinesupercirtical fluid extract of Piper longum-Piper longum effective parts lipid transfergroup has obvious features are stable, and simvastatin similar or supeiror to, non-toxic sideeffects. The effective part of Piper longum contains piperine group no apparent lipidtransfer tfinctions, non-toxic side effects, indicating that the effective part of Piper longumgroup, there are other more important element of the play and lipids regulating effects. Inaddition, very suitable for making golden hamster model of hyperlipidemia, especially forgroups of Piper longum effective parts lipid transfer funciton.
