Objective Through clinical study, analyze the relation between the levels ofthyroid hormone with NS and the syndromes of TCM and part of laboratoryindexes.Observe the effects of the low-dose L-thyroxine added to urine protein andalbumin of sierum and blood lipid and the indexes of thrombin in the children with NSaccompanied by low levels of thyroid hormone group.Methods191subjects who met inclusion criteria of NS were collected from myhospital since July2008to July2011.Firstly,they were divided into four groupsaccording to the levels of the thyroid hormone and treatment.Secondly,,inve stigatethe L-thyroxine users and unusers based1:1matched according to the degree of thediseases.Observe the relation between different syndromes of TCM and the levels ofthyroid. To the normal and low-level of the thyroid, compare to the differences of theindexes before and after treatment, and analyze the linear correlation between theindexes and the levels of thyroid.Besides study the indexes of A1group and B groupby paired compare, and the negative effects of low-dose L-thyroxine.Results (1)The levels of thyroid of TCM of NS: there is obvious drop in T3andT4in spleen deficiency and damp encumbering with blood stasis, and an increase onthe level of TSH in spleen-kidney yang deficiency with blood stasis. There isdifferences on the level of T3between the lung-spleen qi deficiency with bloodstasis、spleen-kidney yang deficiency with blood stasis and qi-yin depletion(P<0.01),the remained syndromes of TCM have no difference (P>0.05).(2)Thedifference between before treatment and after among the different levels of thyroidgroup:there are apparent differences among the indexes of T3and TSH and ALB andCHO and TG on these two groups(P<0.01).However,there is no obvious differenceon the uero protein and APTT and FIB and D-d.(3)The correlation between the levels of thyroid and the indexes before treated:①There is positive correlation between T3and ALB(P<0.01),negative relations between24hours urine protein and CHO andTG and FIB(P<0.05),and no correlation among APTT and TT and D-d(P>0.05).②There is positive correlation between T4and ALB(P<0.05),negative relationsbetween APTT(P<0.05),and no correlation among24hours urine protein CHO andTG and TT and FIB(P>0.05).③There is positive correlation among TSH and CHOand TG and FIB(P<0.05),negative relations between ALB(P<0.05),and nocorrelation among24hours urine protein and TT and APTT and D-d(P>0.05).(4)The treatment of effects before and after among A1and B group:Compared ingroups, the indexes of these two groups improved apparently except D-d (P>0.05).Compared among the goups, there is no evedent differences before the treatmentexcept APTT(P<0.05)in these groups, and the reasults showed there is no apparentlydifferences after its treatment, while there is evedient improvement in A1group tha n Bgroup on CHO and TG.(5)The adverse effects: The retrospective research of81children added L-thyroxine,only1produce higher level of T4,but did not cause highmetabolism syndromes like trember and much sweet and quicker heart rate and so on.Conclusion (1)There is some correlation between the syndromes of TCM andthe levels of thyroid(;2)There is established correlation between thyroid hormone andsome indexes of NS;(3)Added L-thyroxine have not apparent effects;(4)It is safeto add low-dose L-thyroxine to the NS with low-level of thyroid.
