Objective:This topic is aimed at evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine and westernmedicine clinical efficacy of the treatment of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS),and to explore its mechanism.Methods:42cases of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome in patients with medical recordinformation collected January2008December to2011in the First Affiliated Hospital ofHenan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital treatment. After the onset of directto our hospital is divided into two groups: group A (non-intervention group): the onset tohospital after treatment of patients; group B (intervention group): once outside the hospitaltreatment of patients. Two sets of abdominal circumference, body mass, ovarian maximumdiameter, maximum depth of the uterus rectal pouch effusion, urine, HCT, ALB, the FIBchanges and pregnancy outcome before and after treatment were analyzed retrospectively,to make statistical analysis, objective evaluation of treatment effect to explore themechanism of action..Results:1.Integrative medicine before and after10days of treatment, changes in abdominalcircumference, body mass, HCT, FIB, ALB,, uterus, rectum pouch effusion maximumdepth of ovarian diameter, urine and other observations, abnormal liver function, laboratorytests cases the number of changes on the prothrombotic state, electrolyte imbalance, hypoproteinemia statistical significance (P <0.05), suggesting that interventions.2.In group A, severe OHSS patients and group B patients before and after body weight, urine volume and HCT and FIB, the signs and observations were significant when pairedt-test was statistically significant (P <0.05); groups after treatment between signs and observation of the difference in the α=0.05level as significant statistically significant (P<0.05), suggesting that the two sets of interventions are effective, but efficacy in patientswith severe OHSS in group A than group B. Tip Although the two sets of interventions areeffective, but early treatment can effectively block the progress of the disease.3.Integrative Medicine10days to heal comparative analysis of the number of patients:group A: mild: recovery in two cases, moderate:1cases recovered, severe non-curedcases; group B: non-cured cases. Prompt early intervention effect is obvious.4.42cases of OHSS patients,28cases of pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy, spontaneousabortion (n=1), without a routine therapeutic abortion; continuous discharge of the26cases of pregnancy the patients were followed up to10weeks of gestation, the fetus isdeveloping normally.Conclusion:1.Integrative Medicine OHSS a significant effect2.Integrative treatment of OHSS should be early treatment, blocking the progress of thedisease3.Integrative treatment of early OHSS does not affect pregnancy outcome4.Integrative Medicine OHSS method is simple, economical, effective and easy to spread.
