Professor Wangdaokun’s Experience In Treating Precancerusl Esions Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective: Chronic atrophic gastritis with atypical hyperplasia,called precancerous lesionsof gasric cancer,referred to as precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis.Through thestudy of30precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis–atypical hyperplasia casestreated by Professor Wang daokun, related works of ProfessorWang daokun to studyProfessor wangdaokuns experience in the diagnosis and treatment of precancerous lesions ofchronic atrophic gastritis—atypical hyperplasia, in order to provide valuable reference forprecancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis in TCM diagnosis of atypical hyperplasia--particularly in the its treatment.Methods: Wang daokun’s experience in treating precancerous lesions of chronic atrophicgastritis-atypical hyperplasia was summarized according to30cases collected inclinic,Literature research combined with his works,academic thought and clinicalexperience,using descriptive statistics analysis, frequency distribution of data,and sortresults.Results:1. Professor Wang daokun believe that the disease etiology,pathogenesis,six evilnessinvasion,emotional upset,improper diet,maladjustment of work and rest,resulting in chronicatrophic gastritis.With the atrophic gastritis lingering,resulting in qi deficiency,blood stasis incollaterals,caused the formation of precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis,TCMdisease name as fullness in the stomach.With the help of endoscopic and pathologic tissuebiopsy and combined with clinical symptoms and signs,the disease was divided into thespleen and stomach yin deficiency, blood stasis in collaterals, disharmony between the liverand stomach, blood stasis in collaterals, dampness in middle Jiao;Qi deficiency, bloodstasis in collaterals;Nourishing the spleen and stomach,liver and stomach,strengtheningspleen to get rid of dampness,nourishing deficiency and get rid of stasis,promoting bloodcirculation and removing blood stasis were the treating principle.Choose the appropriatedecoction and prepared traditional chinese medcine to treat the disease. Dynamicobservation to add and subtract the medicine was applied at the second time.3months for acourse,1-3course after,clinical symptoms disappeared,weight rebound,gastroscopebiopsy,precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis cured or converted to superficial gastritis.Conclusion: This paper summarized30cases of chronic atrophic gastritis and precancerouslesion treated by Professor Wang daokun,80%patients being cured,10%patient withsignificant effect,7%patient effective,only3%patient required a long-term observation oftreatment.Professor Wang daokun treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis and precancerouslesions can97%effective rate,worth popularizing.
