With modern people’s living standards higher and higher, a variety of eatinginto the intake areas, the uncontrolled body burden as well as people increase theincidence of liver disease gradually more and more common, especially the largenumber of alcoholintake is often caused by liver disease[1], if not timely treatment willbe developed as a fatty liver, liver fibrosis and even cirrhosis. Today, there is no clearand effective treatment for cirrhosis of the liver disease, is still in irreversible damageas soon as possible to come up with effective treatment of liver fibrosis disease,blocking the development of cirrhosis of the liver, improve the quality of life inpatients with antifibrotic drugs is particularly important in recentyears,triterpenoidshepatoprotective aspects[2,3]have a satisfactory effect, this type of drug has receivedthe attention of the international pharmaceutical research scholars.The triterpenoids generally are extract from plant, the pros and cons of theproduction process will directly affect the utilization of herbs, from the viewpoint ofthe cost of industrial production and the protection of traditional Chinese medicineresources, try to improve exploration of the ursolic acid production process by theAB-8, D101, DM301, SP825, NKA-9five macroporous resin adsorption rate ofursolic acid and desorption rates investigated, screened D101macroporous resin ispreferably a suitable the ursolic acid purification hawthorn extractelution conditions,after macroporous resin AB-8type associated with results ursolic acid yield increasedto83.87%from45.7%of the original process, show that the experimental craft thanthe original process ursolic acid yield significantly improved, can significantlyimprove the hawthorn herbs utilization, protection of traditional Chinese medicineresources, reduce production costs.According to establish a rat model of hepatic fibrosis through the modified theclassic carbon tetrachloride modeling law, examine ursolic acid, acetyl ursolic acid,betulinic acid three compounds learn the model serum ALT (alanine aminotransferase) and AST (aspartate aminotransferase), PC-III (procollagen Ⅲ), CIV (type IVcollagen), LN (laminin), HA (hyaluronic acid) six indicators, according to eachtreatment group rat liver biopsy, evaluationof pharmaceutically active experimentalcompounds to improve liver fibrosis[1]. The results of three substances in varyingdegrees of liver fibrosis serum ALT and AST activity decreased four indicators ofliver fibrosis decreased. Treated rats liver fibrosis has improved to some extent, thatthe three compounds have anti-fibrotic activity, can continue to conduct more in-depthresearch antifibrotic.
