Objective:Through testing the levels of the catestatin (CST), HS-CRPof coronary heart disease with acute coronary syndrome(CHD with ACS),weexplore the correlation between the levels of catestatin、HS-CRP andTraditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) syndrome of CHD with ACS.Method:60CHD with ACS patients are defined in clinic.Collecting thepatients’general information, including symptom, sign, tongue, pulse andother clinical informations, then we divide all the patients into twoclinical types of TCM syndrome:30cases of the heart Blood stasis syndromegroup,30cases of debility blood stasis syndrome meridian syndrome group.Thelevel of plasma catestatin protein is detected by enzyme-linkedimmunosorbent assay (ELISA).The level of plasma HS-CRP is detected byfluorescence immunoassay. We analyze these data with the statistics softwareSPSS l7.0.Results:1.TCM syndrome differentiation of CHD with ACS group and thehealthy control group, gender, age, statistics showed no significantdifference, comparable;2.The levels of plasma Catestatin protein、HS-CRPof CHD group was higher than the normal control group; the lipid indexes:Thelevel of blood TG, TC, LDL-C is higher than that of the healthy control group, the level of blood HDL-C was lower than the healthy control group.3.CHD groupof plasma Catestatin protein,HS-CRP,the levels of blood TC,TG,LDL-C,weresignificantly higher than that in healthy control group, the level of blood HDL-C was lower than that of the healthy control group;4.TCM syndromedifferentiation of CHD with ACS group between groups, the level of Catestatinprotein, HS-CRP and blood lipid had no difference in the ststisticalsignificance.Conclusion:1.The level of catestatin and HS-CRP in CHD with ACS groupis significantly higher than that in the normal control group;2. The levelof catestatin and HS-CRP in TCM syndrome differentiation of CHD with ACSis significantly higher than that in the normal control group;3.The levelof catestatin and HS-CRP has obvious correlation in CHD with ACS;4.The levelof catestatin and HS-CRP has no significant difference between the two TCMsyndrome groups.
