Purposes: Research of chronic interstitial nephritis syndrome characteristics oftraditional Chinese medicine and syndrome type distribution. To establish unified for thepurpose of topic and the TCM syndrome differentiation of chronic interstitial nephritisstandards and contribute the TCM diagnosis and treatment norms. Chronic interstitialnephritis and to explore related indicators of change and TCM syndrome type distribution,to filter used for clinical reasonable indicators to evaluate curative effect of traditionalChinese medicine. Methods: This study used a retrospective, epidemic, former research methods, through the thorough investigation, literature, establish CTIN syndromes informationcollection table, according to the included and exclusion criteria, selection into the cases.Fill in syndromes was CTIN information collection table, build CTIN syndrome of TCMinformation database, application SPSS17.0data descriptive analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis and rank and inspection. Results: Selected217CTIN patients information for statistical analysis, the resultsshow that the languid, lumbar debility, nocturia more, less gas lazy words, eat less, stay, five upset hot, skin armour fault, nausea and vomiting, pee qing long, loose stools, drowsiness, pulse body, pulse unable to whitish, pale tongue, etc as the main clinicalsymptoms; Bluff by syndrome elements on factor analysis,12factors, according to thesymptom judgment standard, combined with clinical experience, the common factor1,male factor9as Yin deficiency syndrome factor; Common factor2, common factor tokidney Yang deficiency syndrome factor; Common factor3to damp turbidity factor (hotand humid) certificate; Common factor4, male factor7for a blood stasis syndrome factor;Common factor5for spleen deficiency factor; Common factor8, a common factor10,11is a common factor deficiency syndrome factor; Will get5groups after common factor clustering card type, respectively, and spleen deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, qi andYin deficiency syndrome of damp and hot resistance, kidney Yang deficiency syndrome, inthe wet muddy syndrome, blood stasis blocking collaterals. And the first step to explore theCTIN law of TCM syndrome and TCM syndrome types. Conclusion: CTIN mainly include five card type: spleen deficiency and damp heat, blood stasis syndrome, qi and Yin deficiency syndrome, kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,in the wet muddy resistance syndrome, blood stasis blocking collaterals. Its pathogenesis isthe deficiency, both real pathogenic dampness, blood stasis and so on. The evolution lawof this deficiency syndrome is that as the extension of course, decline in renal function, serum creatinine the growth of the number, type by gradually temper deficiency to qi andYin deficiency, to kidney Yang deficiency failure. Has explored preliminary law of TCMsyndrome of chronic interstitial nephritis, provide the basis for the clinical diagnosis andtreatment, as well as standardization of TCM syndromes study has made the beneficialattempt.
