Objective: Comparative analysis of open reduction and internal fixation with closedreduction and internal fixation treatment of Lisfranc the curative effect of joint damage, provide clinical data and data support. Methods: Collected in shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine affiliatedhospital orthopaedics in September2011to March2011were included in the standard ofthe22cases of Lisfranc injury cases, with open reduction and internal fixation with closedreduction and internal fixation in11cases.All patients were followed up after treatment.Compared two groups of postoperative restoration, early and late postoperativecomplications, postoperative acceptable rate of factor,after6months the feet score, etc. With the Maryland foot scoring system to evaluate. And the related data statisticsprocessing. Results: Open reduction and internal fixation group:excellent in3cases, good in5cases,can be2cases, poor in1cases. The average Maryland score is79points.Closedreduction and internal fixation group:excellent in1cases, good in3cases,can be5cases,poor in2cases. The average Maryland score is66points. Two groups in group t test(P=0.049<0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusions: The key to treatment the Lisfranc joint damage is anatomicalreattachment and Stable internal fixation.Open reduction and it can remove the crushedunder direct fracture and soft tissue, cartilage blocks of anatomical reduction, and open toreduce foot to avoid tension fascia compartment syndrome occurred.Closed reduction forsmall soft tissue injuries, due to soft tissue, there is a reset is not completely, affect curativeeffect. Open reduction and internal fixation of the postoperative curative effect is better than that of closed reduction and internal fixation.
